Loved this little thing. I work on a lot of 3d prints, resin and fdm, and this little thing is amazing for it. Best tool I had until... it freaking broke. The unit that holds the "chuck" on broke off and slid out. Thankfully it was only 29days in and I got to replace it from Amazon right away. Other than that, the only down side I see is the diamond tips wear out pretty quick. I've only had it for a month and already had to buy a replacement set of diamond files. ... show more

I worked amazing when I first got it 2 months ago used it maybe 10 times. Had great power loved the 3 speed settings the easy of changing bits the magnetic charger. Great control with detailed work being small and light. Would have loved to give it 5 stars but it stopped working last night and just assumed it need to be charged so stopped working and plugged it in. But when I tried turning it on this morning the lights turn on and it makes a small vibration like it wants to start but doesn't. Will work anymore. Very disappointing 😞 but I see they are on sale so I'm going to try another one hoping first one was just defective. Update I did purchase a new one but also After writing my initial review I was contacted by the company and sent a new one so I'm giving them more stars not many companies out there that care if their products work or not once they leave the plant. ... show more

The product looked sturdy and good. First impressions were great. Kept it to give as a Christmas gift and when we went to use it in won’t power on.. it won’t charge like it’s supposed to and finishing help to troubleshoot or correct is very difficult

We got this product and have used it several times, we absolutely loved it. It was perfect for small projects, such as smoothing a rough edge on a 3d print, or touching up resin. Unfortunately not even 2 months later, it no longer works 😢
