This baby is AMAZING!!!! We are a travel ball/all star softball family who travels LARGE. We have always tried to cram everyone under one tent and it just wasn't working anymore. This tent is the answer. Its nothing short of amazing seriously. Even at the size it is, its fairly easy to carry around. Not only that its so simple to put up and down. You need about 4 people to do it right, but where we used it, that was no problem. It takes up the size of two large tents, without having to carry two large tents! This is a nice size but absolutely terrible for setting up. First, it took 5 people to maneuver this bad boy. Then a screw popped out as we were opening it but we did not know. It would NOT open all the way and had to open it as much as we could for our party. Everyone kept banging their heads because it would not fully open w the missing screw. Ughhh. All this happened on our first time using it too. Such a pain. We ended up finding the screw that fell out in the driveway and put it back together and it works fine now. But still not a one person set up, in my opinion. Be prepared. ... show more

Loved this canopy at first but the second time we put it up one of the side bars broke in half, I called the company listed as manufacturer (Arrowhead) and was told they don't make canopies they only do outdoor signs only?? Amazon gave me the name of a different company and I sent a message to them... waiting for a reply. I hope they have a solution as I would hate to send this back it weighs about 80 pounds. addendum.. the company did take it back and I am waiting on a refund. ... show more

This canopy is 20' x 10'. We finally were able to put it to use this past week at a church cookout, and I was very impressed by a few things: 1) The sturdiness of the canopy. If you've set up canopies before, they are often made with a thin and flimsy material. The Arrowhead canopy is not thin or flimsy. Instead, it is strong and holds firm to the frame. 2) The frame is especially rigid. It feels extremely well-made, and again outpaces the other canopies I've used in the past in terms of construction quality. 3) The ease of setup. It really is as simple as opening the frame up accordion style, making sure the canopy is secured, and then pressing up in the two central spots until it clicks. 4) The height. This is much taller when fully extended than you might guess. You could park an SUV under this if you needed to, I'm sure. The tent is so tall in the middle that you either need a chair to reach the top center, or else you need to lower all the sides before you can reach. My only recommendation is, if you plan to use this on concrete, do like we did and purchase some sand bags with velcro straps so you can hold the canopy down in the wind. We plan to take this camping in a few weeks, and having used it now we're very eager to make it part of our "glamping" routine. ... show more

Honestly this version had a few of the same quality issues as the 10x10 version (still not 1 person setup) I received but it has held up a lot better. Stability is good, the in-ground stakes had cords it came with, they did just snap off last week. I believe that is due to the quality and the fact that this has been set up since back in May without once being taken down. Killed a huge patch of grass like I needed it to (for a garden project that I didn't want to work hard on). You can find less expensive out there but will probably get worse quality, spend the $ if you have it. ... show more

Worked once and then every time after it collapsed. There is no way to lock in the top to keep it from collapsing. We followed directions to pop up the locks in the center, but it doesn't lock in on the sides so it slowly collapses. I called Amazon for help and after a 5 minute hold they hung up. It was really expensive for our non-profit to buy so especially disappointed. If I could give it negative stars I would. ... show more
