Description

Introducing the EZEE Shed from Arrow- a shed that builds in half the time. The metal shed is constructed of electro-galvanized steel and features a design that is 2x stronger than leading steel sheds on the market. The unique panel geometry is more impact resistant and results in less damage and denting. It also features the revolutionary Snap-IT Quick Assembly system that cuts down assembly time by 50% compared to most steel sheds on the market today. The EZEE Shed's unique bonding process means panels overlap every 12 inches, increasing both the thickness and overall strength of the unit. It has a reduced number of fasteners across walls, roof, and doors and no more difficult nut and bolt connections- resulting in a faster and easier assembly! The EZEE metal storage shed also features improved roof assembly that allows for ground assembly of the roof for easier and faster roof attachment. The extra-high gable roof and vents improve ventilation and air circulation within the unit. The 72" tall walls provide additional head room and storage space, making it great for storing taller items. The EZEE Shed is available in an updated color pallet that makes it a modern and stylish storage solution for your outdoor areas. The EZEE Shed's attractive swing door design allows for easier access to your items and features a heavy duty framed out design. The doors are set on 3 hinges for extra durability and is pad-lockable to secure belongings (padlock not included). For assembly, Arrow recommends 2 people for this project and approximately 6 hours of time set aside to complete. With a 12-year limited warranty, you can be confident in the quality of your purchase. Top Amazon Reviews

  • Not a wise purchase.
Color: Cream/Charcoal Trim
The only good thing I can say is the shipping went well...Where do I start. I will start by saying I do few reviews. If a product has 100 reviews I probably will not have anything new to add. This product has very few and was such a disappointment that I felt it needed a review. Lets start with packaging... Everything came in 2 large good condition boxes. No rips, markings or any other damage that I could see. Unpacking was straight forward. You have painted and unpainted parts. The unpainted parts have the part number embossed or stamped in. The painted surfaces have the part number printed on. The majority of my painted framework pieces had a partial number or no number at all. I had a dark trim so it was not easy to read (which would be expected) on the ones that had a number but most did not. Doesn't sound like a big deal...IT IS! Some of these pieces will only differ by a screw hole being in a slightly different location. It will quadruple your prep time! Next, condition after unpacking: Most of the wall panels have the finish worn of in spots. Mine was a light cream color with dark trim. They pack all the wall and roof panels sandwiched together which wears the finish off. My shed looked 10 years old on the first day. The Gable ends had LARGE worn areas and were dented. Most of the wall and roof sections were free of dents but the flanges on the EZEE lock panels on some were out of shape and would not go together properly without opening the flanges where they were out of shape. Construction was fairly easy. Follow the instructions. It will take some time. Everything has to be put together, its a kit, its expected. I prepared an item 4 base and a wood frame base to build on. My base was and is perfectly level but it was still a chore to get the roof squared up. I had to remove the screws and move the jams back further on the doors to get them to close correctly. Basically, I would expect this from the $239.00 shed kit not a $500.00 kit. For a $500.00 bill a person with little ability can build a better product and have something that will withstand mother nature. For $500.00 I have a shed that has the paint worn off and dents in all gable sections. It is actually an embarrassment... UPDATE: 12/27/2017 Well, we had our first somewhat snow here in Mid-state NY. As I was cleaning the snow off the shed I noticed many of the seams where the wall panels come together have started to open. I don't believe it was from the snow. It was only about 2 inches. I think it is from the expansion and contraction throughout the fall season. It looks like I will be installing screws in these panels after all. ... show more

As expected. A little difficult to put together due to weather conditions but not a product fault.

  • READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!
Color: Cream/Charcoal Trim
I have assembled "conventional" Arrow sheds in the past, and found them to be relatively easy to assemble and reasonably durable, sometimes lasting 25 yeas or longer. When I saw this was the Arrow brand, I didn't bother to read the reviews and just ordered it. BIG mistake!!! This shed is anything but "EZEE". The instructions are not clear and require re-reading several times for each step. Exact positions for some screws are not specified., Next, parts are not clearly marked. Unpainted parts that have part number stamped into the metal are not stamped deep enough and are barely visible on some parts. Painted pats have part numbers printed on them and some are smeared or otherwise illegible. One corner panel was damaged, even though it was packed inside an undamaged box. Snapping panels together is not that easy; they frequently don't snap initially and require going back over the seam several times' to ensure they are secure. Side panel and wall panel material is too thin. Sheet metal screws that thread into side panels, such as for attaching corner panels, strip out with even light hand torqueing; anything more than finger tight is likely to strip out, and less than finger tight is likely to fall out. Any screws threaded into the panel material should be replaced with screws and nuts. Some predrilled holes don't line up and require drilling new holes. I chose this particular shed for its size, but it would have been easier to build my own out of wood/plywood. ... show more

  • Needs a lot of work
Color: Cream/Charcoal Trim
Where to even begin with this? There were no reviews when I bought it. I wanted to like this shed, but there are so many issues I would not buy it again. This is going to be long. If you want the executive summary, buy something else - unless you are very handy or want a challenge. It could be a good shed, but it is not there yet. First the negatives... 1. The color of the Cream with Charcoal Trim Finish model is more white than cream (or not what the picture seems to suggest). 2. The majority of the panels (especially the dark ones) were scratched up in shipping. It is a shed, but it should not look all scratched up when new. This is a packing issue. They just don't use enough paper between panels. 3. The self tapping screws just don't work. Most of the time the screw threads just stripped out. I ended up having to buy a few boxes of screws at home depot to just get it together. 4. After I finally got it done it rained a lot and the shed had several leaks. The cap on the top ridge of the roof is not wide enough, so I had to put a wider piece of metal under the cap to stop the leaks. Now it only leaks from around the bottom of the walls. Seems to be the channels at the bottom filling up with rain and leaking inside. Working on a solution to that one next. Maybe some deflectors? 5. Doors. The slab I built this on is perfectly level, but the doors are extremely tight to close and there is no way to adjust them. If the ground/slab you build this on is not exactly level you may not be able to close the doors or adjust them properly. 6. The directions are better than a lot of things you buy, but could use some help. All the parts are listed in the front by item and part number. But they are all over the place. It would be MUCH more helpful if they were listed in numerical/part number order so you could find things faster in the index. A big banner on the front of the directions suggests that they have a video of assembly on their website. They don't. All they have there as of today is a kind of animation that shows a basic idea on assembly. Not helpful. Videos on you tube are of the older not Ezee style for now. 7. Assembly. You cannot put the panels together on anything but a big level hard surface. The panels snap together, but not on anything but that level hard surface (not on your lawn etc.). I used our garage floor (so a lot of time kneeling). A giant picnic table would probably be best. Unlike the old Arrow sheds, you can build this in sections and then put it together at the site. The sections are kind of flimsy until you put it together though. You can not put these panels together by yourself. Two helpers would be best. Especially for the edges that snap on everything. Those are a pain. 8. Unlike older Arrow sheds the front entry does not have a ramp or slope at the bottom. My riding lawnmower does not easily go over the lip at the bottom of the entryway and that lip wants to bend in. I will have to make some kind of ramp for it. Positives: 1. It is less expensive than many sheds out there. This shed replaces an Arrow shed I built in 1999 that finally rusted through. 2. I am purposely trying not to compare this to the older style Arrow sheds because this is a review of this shed. But I guess one positive is it does use less screws than the older style Arrow sheds (too bad they don't work and I had to buy other screws). 3. The Arrow AK100 Concrete Anchor Kit does work with this, but that kit has not been updated with directions for this shed. I had to bend up all the Z shaped brackets to work with this shed. 4. The Arrow Shed AK4 Earth Anchor Kit also works with this shed. 5. Amazon's scheduled delivery worked fine. The shed came in one very big long box on a pallet. In my case they brought it up my driveway and put it in my garage. I have read that it depends on the driver how far they will go from the curb. So not that many positives. ... show more
