for about 6 months I researched all of the scent companies and read tons of reviews from all of these different companies and decided on AromaPlan because it had the best reviews for long term use. Many of the other companies died after 3 or 6 months but there aren't such reviews for AromaPlan. The day I received my machine I set it up right away. It is super easy to set up and I love the Bluetooth app as it is easy to use and change the schedule. I also love that there is a reservoir that I can add scent to and I am not locked into a full sized scent for a month like the other companies. In addition, I did have an slight issue with my machine making a loud noise. I reached out to customer service via email. They got back to me the next day with a few easy requests that I emailed back and less than 24 hours later I have a replacement part heading to me free of charge. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and product! I also recommend spending the $25 for the sample scent set. they are TINY and are only to smell but, you get a good variety to smell and decide if you can live with for a month or more at a time. It helped me and my husband decide what we liked and didn't like since we both have to live with it. ... show more

I’ve had the AromaPlan unit for 2 months . My first floor is probably just under 2000sf . It permeates the entire first floor well and wafts up to the second floor staircase. I set it for 15 sec work vs 900 sec pause. I am happy with it. It is pricey but pricing beats the popular competitor. It’s worth it. After yrs of plug-ins and candles that marginally work or don’t filter through my entire house, this is worth the price and convenience. Santal is a great scent and smells luxurious!. I did buy the sampler after making the terrible mistake of buying a 5oz scent I hated (fresh & clean -it smells like a cheap bathroom potpourri ). Glad I did but now they have other scents NOT in the sampler:( buy it, you won’t regret it and ditch the expensive candles and plugins ... show more

*** Updated Review November 2024- Machine starting glitching a after about 6 months of use (of course right after warranty is over) and would not connect to bluetooth... Then it finally started working again for about 2-3 days and now it's completely dead and has no power and will not turn on... It's already past any warranty and now I am stuck with almost $100 worth of oils that I can no longer use. The reliability of this product and lack of any real usable warranty would make me never purchase this product again. I guess I am going back to wall plug ins from now on... I had originally bought an aroma 360 mini diffuser and it was not working when I ordered it. I was so frustrated that I bought this one the same day and it arrived and worked perfectly right out of the box. Why I like it better than the aroma 360 mini: well to start, it actually works and can scent a larger area. But most importantly, it is programmable with a super easy app that makes it a breeze. The aroma 360 could only be set for 2 hour, 4 hour or 8 hour durations via a cheap looking and feeling remote. The aroma plan diffuser feels much more of a quality build and the app gives you a ton of programmable cycles so you don’t burn through the expensive oils unecessarily. Mine is in my living room and I am using the My Way fragrance which is awesome. I have the schedule to come on at 10am and go off at 10pm and it runs every 15 minutes for 30 seconds… this seems to give me a consistent enough scent without it being overpowering. I wish I had bought the AromaPlan diffuser first because the aroma 360 not only costs more-but it’s not nearly as good and their return policy is horrible and charges a restocking fee- even though the machine was broken upon delivery. Either way- I am happy I found the AromaPlan diffuser—and it’s definitely commercial grade quality and big enough to scent a large room. Without the ability to customize the timing- these diffusers are a pain- so I give it 5 stars all they way for the product and the app. Don’t waste your time looking for anything else- get this for the diffuser and if you want to get scents from aroma 360- they are good but their diffusers are expensive and feel like cheap quality and have few options to program them. Buy this today- I had been waiting for a while but I had this out of the box and up and running in less than 5 minutes! ... show more

I LOVE this machine. It is compact enough to hide, easy to fill, and is exactly what we were looking for for a master bedroom. The challenge we have with the machine and a LOT of others, is the APP it uses (and somehow the app builder ignores all the comments to make the app more friendly). The app is easy enough to use (others complain of lost connections but we havent seen that yet), but hte issue we have....we set a schedule...airflow 10 seconds, 15 minutes off. Simple enough. Almost daily, and for no reason, the app resets to its default schedule of 40 seconds of spray with 30 seconds of rest. It is like a wall of scent...too overbearing. We deleted the app, reinstalled, same issue. I wish the company would read the comments and post an update. Perhaps it is to sell more overpriced fragrances. Who knows. The scents are amazing and when it works, 5 stars. The machine is great but do read the app reviews PRIOR to purchasing .They arent wrong. ... show more

    • Seal ring/gasket cracked

Purchased this diffuser in Oct 2024 and for the first two months or so, it worked great. Now the seal ring or gasket cracked and is leaking the liquid scent all over the inside of the diffuser making it unusable.
