I live in NC where the temps have dropped into the 20s recently - luckily it usually warms up as the sun comes up. It seems the older I get, the less tolerance I have to our cold temperatures & I had yet to find a pair of gloves that keep my hands & especially my fingers warm. I had even asked my sister who lives in Canada for recommendations and bought my first pair of mittens that were over $50 - they had great reviews but they didn't really keep my fingers warm at all so they were added to my collection of gloves that I'll never wear. I spent a lot of time looking at reviews for various brands of heated gloves & knew at those prices I would certainly be returning them if I bit the bullet & bought a pair that didn't work for me. This was my first pair of heated gloves & I definitely will not be returning them. They work so well for me. At first they were a little clunky feeling on my hands but they became more comfortable as they were broken in. They have 3 heat settings and I have only used them on the high setting. They shut off after about an hour and as soon as that happens I know it because my fingers start feeling cold but a push of the button turns them right back on & quickly rewarm my fingers & hands. I do wish the battery would last longer as I typically spend a few hours outside & I do think if I didn't keep them on the highest setting they would. I'm considering looking into buying an extra set of the batteries but for now I am content with what I have. This is also the first pair of gloves that I have owned that say they work my smartphone's touch screen. Because the tips of the gloves are kind of square I do find it hard to hit the right letters on my keyboard, but if you hit the letters with the corner of the tip it works and of course scrolling up, down & side to side works very well. Pricey but so well worth every penny in my opinion. I've not had any issues with some of the concerns mentioned in some reviews. I have worn them for a few hundred hours or so & the heating elements continue to function well in all capacity - no burn out of some areas & no super hot spots that burn my hand/fingers. All I can say is that I wish I had purchased these years ago because I certainly wouldn't have the collection of gloves that I'll never wear again. Highly recommend!! ... show more

I bought these as a gift for my wife as she enjoys walks during the evening. Her walks usually last about 2 hours during the evening even in the winter. I thought it might be nice if she had a heated coat and gloves to make it more enjoyable. After looking at several online reviews, not only on Amazon but other sites as well, I decided to purchase the Aroma Season gloves. According to her, they are very warm and heat throughout the finger, the palm and also the back of the hand. A nice design feature is that the battery pack is located on the back of the wrist which makes them more comfortable than others which I looked at in which the battery pack was located under the wrist. It would seem that mobility would be severely limited with the others. She has used them in temps as low as 20 degrees and the 3 different heat settings keep her hands toasty. She has been very pleased with them and although there was a small issue, after contacting Aroma Season, their customer service took care of it EXTREMELY quickly. I was looking for heated gloves specifically for snow blowing. My hand just get too cold too fast. These gloves are very well made. Product quality is very good. The thinsulate lining is very comfortable. The cuff is long enough to fit over my jacket cuff. In my opinion, the palm area could be a bit wider. I purchased the L/XL, and maybe should've ordered the 2XL. So if you have larger hands you may wish to go up a size for more flexibility. Otoh, perhaps with use they'll break in a bit with flexibility. I'll check them against my heated motorcycle gloves. There is however suffient finger length for space. Other than that, I think they'll do a fine job for my purpose. I'm giving them 5 stars for product quality and heating ability. Edit: I've used them 4 times now. I use the highest heat setting. They get comfortably warm, but not overly so. I think the thinsulate lining does help alot for heat retention, but it also hinders the amount of heat transmitted. It's a trade off though. At least I can easily work outside for an hour without my hands getting so cold. I've really liked them. ... show more

I have Raynaud's and was specifically looking for gloves to heat my fingers. Sadly, the heat only worked in the ring fingers and pinky fingers. There was also a small tear in the seam on the back of the hand on the right glove. I returned the gloves and will try again. UPDATE - After writing my 1st review (2 stars), the customer service department contacted me. They offered to send me a replacement pair of gloves free of charge to try again. When I didn't initially respond, they followed up with me. I accepted the offer. I also ordered a more expensive different brand of gloves. I received both pairs of gloves and was able to compare. The new pair of Aroma Season gloves worked much better than the first pair I received. There is heat in every finger. However, the heat does not go to the finger tips. As mentioned in my initial review, I have Raynard's and my fingers can get extremely cold during the winter months. I will also say that the Aroma Season gloves worked just as well as the more expensive brand I tried. Overall, I would recommend Aroma Season gloves if you are looking for heated gloves.
