They took a few days to break in and the evening I would put rolled up socks in them to stretch the ankle area out. After the break in I can wear them all day. I’ve been wearing ARIAT for many years now and these like all the others I’ve owned are nice looking, well built and comfortable boots.

I've worn boots all my life and these might just be the best pair I've ever owned. They don't look as good as my exotics but the comfort and durability are amazing. I've been wearing these 5-6 days per week averaging 13 hours per day. The soles are holding up great. My favorite boot other than my ostrich. Highly highly recommend this and yes it’ll appear darker in color once you open the box but after wearing it you will see its charm come through. Nice looking boots. Comfortable. Leather soles are not good. Holes in both boots before 4 months. I reached out to Ariat about the issue but have not get a response. Very disappointing for the money.

Boot looks good in the pictures. Looks fair in person. Leather gets streaks in it as you wear these that makes it look like fake leather or outer skin in boot. They still look ok but not like I wanted. For $250 I expected better.
