I have purchased much more expensive washable rugs from other companies and this is right there with them if not better! Washes up very nicely — great for families with pets and or kids! It is actually very soft as well. I have not needed anything to keep it from sliding around. The backing keeps the rug in place. I also got a runner to match because I loved the rug so much! This one also has held up an stays put with the high traffic hallway and no furniture to keep it in place! Only downfall is drying. my washer is very large and will wash it fine, but the large dryer will not tolerate the 9x12 rug. It will take about 2 days to air dry. But this is an ok trade off knowing the rug has been cleaned and washed With out much work! It has been washed at least 10-12 times and still looks great. Stains come out nicely too. I will with out a doubt buy one of these again over the more expensive brands which are 4x the price! ... show more

When I ordered I had issues with a stain, I’m not sure if when I washed it I did something. But I reached out to the company they quickly sent a new one, gave me proper instructions how to wash it. I absolutely love it! It’s soft, it washes well and I hang dry it and it drys pretty quickly out side! Even if I get a small stain is easy to get out. It is thin! This rug looks great in my room, and really brightened up the space and made it look bigger. It’s very comfortable and soft (though not thick so you won’t want to lay on it if you have hardwood/tile floors). I love that it’s washable (definitely have dropped things on it that came right out, and we have dogs so it’s nice to be able to wash it out if they have an accident. I got the largest size, so it’s still not able to be out in my washer just due to the size, but I wouldn’t expect it to for the size that I ordered. Only drawback that I have is that my vacuum HATES this rug. I’ve tried multiple different vacuums, and none of them are easy to use on this rug. Not a big deal for a smaller rug, but for a large area rug, it does make it difficult to clean. ... show more

    • Beautiful rug that stays in place!

I have only had it a day but so far I am loving it. It is very lightweight but even with two dogs running around on it, the rug hasn't moved. The back has a great grip and it stays in place better than any lightweight rug I have ever had. Having to put the rug back in place constantly drives me nuts but this one is perfect. It is very soft to walk on. So far I can't say how stain-resistant or how well it washes up but I am sure it will be tested soon. Update: after having it for a while I love it even more. The dogs track in mud but it is easy to spot clean. A dog got sick and of course it was on the rug, but everything cleaned up beautifully. I plan to buy another for a different room. ... show more

I’m actually super surprised how hard it is to get simple stains out biased on all the reviews. I’ve only had it three weeks and I do have a high traffic area, with lots of people and pets, but immediately washed away anything that was spilled, or the dirty foot prints. It absorbs stains and does not come out in the wash. I even used stain treatment in the wash. It already looks dirty and there are several spot that look dingy after 3 weeks. It is super soft and I love that the bottom has its own grips. I guess I need a darker rug to hide our life style. 🤷🏼♀️ I don’t want to return it because that’s a massive hassle as I ordered their largest size. It would be perfect for a bedroom or low traffic area ... show more

Love it so far. Haven’t tried washing it yet and in the washer. But it lays nice and flat and stays in place. If you wanted some more cushion underneath you can put something otherwise yes it is very thin. But very soft !
