Fluffy is right! I've never felt a rug like this - it's like the softest fleece blanket ever. My toddler loves to sit and play on this. It hasn't been slipping with use, but it is the thinnest rug I've seen and almost impossible to vacuum. Would recommend a rug pad to bulk it up.

It’s a very nice feeling rug but it feels like a plush blanket with a thin backing. I wouldn’t recommend it in a high traffic area because it wrinkles easily.

This rug looks good and feels great - a nice addition to my guest room. It was different than I expected, but not in a bad way. Other rugs I’ve ordered online arrived rolled-up and wrapped with plastic. This one arrived folded in a box. It is extremely soft to the touch, but not cushion-y. It has a blanket-like feel on the top side, and rubber/non-slip surface on the back. The colors are lovely and work well in my blue-hues guest room.
