Soft, bold and colorful, nice thickness and easy even just to sweep with a dust brush. I haven't tried to wash it in the machine yet but it is easy to spot clean (just cleaned up my two year-old's accident and it hadn't absorbed after a few minutes of me cleaning her up first). It doesn't matter to me but there were a couple of white spots on it (see pictures). Other white spots you simply had to brush and they would disappear. I had no shedding and the aroma wasn't strong at all for me or anyone in my house. It cheers me up whenever I see and feel this rug. Great find overall! ... show more

I like this rug very much for what it is. It's not really a rug, more like a thick blanket. It's very soft underfoot but has absolutely no cushion to it. Feels just as hard as the hardwood floor it's on. I bought an inexpensive cushy rug mat to place under it-I have this rug on the side of my bed (3 x 5). Why do I like it? The colors are vivid and very pretty. I wanted something I could easily throw into the washer-many "washable rugs" are really too heavy to put in the washing machine (at least the ones I've had). So this one is much lighter than my previous "washable" rug. So, if you understand that this is a very thin, printed rug that will be easy to keep clean (washer), then you will probably like it. ... show more

Although the rug is right color and size etc...I was very dismayed to unwrap the rug and find it had stains present. It smelled of urine! The stains did come out with washing. But it was disappointing to find the stains on a new rug.

    • Very soft…but very, very thin; vacuum with care!
Out of four inexpensive area rugs I ordered recently, I’d rank this 3rd because it’s just too thin and sheds far too easily. Yes, it’s very, very soft - they got that part spot on! But I literally can’t use the vacuum brushroll on it without having to clean a handfull of fuzzy polyester off of the brushroll bristles right after. My favorite rug was the i-VTies (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CF1RMMTQ), which was at the opposite end of the spectrum in terms of durability and thickness. The Bavni (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLJDGVWG) wasn’t quite as robust but a good 2nd best. I hope this helps others choose because, looking at them online, I’d have thought they were all made exactly the same! I definitely learned better :) ... show more
