This is a great set of tools for aquscaping. A must have in my opinion! Makes trimming plants and putting new plants in substrate a breeze. I do wipe dry each tool after use to prevent rust. I've had them for a couple of months now and they are still in excellent condition.

I ordered these to help with aquascaping my first planted tank. The tweezers are a great help in planting stem plants. Easy to get fine stems in the substrate or even beefier stem plants. I used these for s. Repens and it was was easy to hang onto and plant small stems. It was just as easy to plant some hygro as well. I haven't needed to trim yet but the scissors are sharp enough to do the job. The tools didn't come with a storage bag but for the price I can deal with that. If you don't want to spend a lot of money but still want some help with aquascaping this is a great set. It won't break the bank. The tools seem to be decent quality, and it makes the job much easier than trying to plant with your fingers, especially in tight places. I would recommend these to anyone with a planted tank. For the price I don't see why you wouldn't want to add these to your kit You can certainly spend more but these have done a great job so far. ... show more

Haven't used it yet, but I did examine and try the tools. Nice set of durable heavyweight tools. Should work nice in my 55 gallon fish tank I'm resetting up with a mix of fake and live plants. What you see is what you get. Comes with a nice storage bag too. Highly recommend it.

I use these for my pet tarantulas enclosure. They work great. He's a bit aggressive so these keep me from ending up with a fang in my finger when I have to refill his water, feed him, or fix a plant he's messed with. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm new to aquascaping and wanted to start of cheap where I could and this toolset was a good start. I was really surprised at the quality of the item and how much you get for the money compared to premium brands at the big box stores. Finished out my tank using these tools and they worked great! I was concerned that they would just be thin pieces of aluminum, but I'm pleased to report that they are just as sturdy and holds it's shape as the kits that are double it's price. ... show more
