The water flow from the 2 name brand filters I have bought here was weak to start with even newly installed. I just got these, the 3 pack, a great deal and installed it right away. The water flow was a lot better right away. Probably a good idea to replace after 2 months. I went with the 3 month max on the last name brand filter and there was no flow at all. I always use PUR water filters for drinking water. It is much better to be safe then sorry as you never know what is going to show up in tap water. PUR takes out 99% of the impurities that you would be drinking straight from the tap. Not only that, but the water actually tastes better. So, get PUR.
