    • Excellence in a Small Package
I had been looking for a small LED light that I could use indoors or outdoors, considering I live in the Pacific Northwest and often encounter drizzly conditions. I also wanted a light that works within the Aputure ecosystem. After comparing this to the Nanlite Forza 60C, I decided on the Aputure 80C because it is more rugged and offers more accessories. The light is small and feels dense for its size. However, it is pretty bright, and I appreciate the ability to fine-tune the output and the fantastic color when shooting with "white" light. The BLAIR-CG light (Blue/Lime/Amber/Indigo/Red/Cyan/Green) does make a difference in skin tones. It's a minor thing, but I appreciate the Vmount built into the yolk of the light. I hope Aputure comes out with a light between the 80c and the 1000c, as I will buy it if they do. Don't hesitate to purchase this light if you want something small, excellent quality, rugged, color-accurate, and bright for the size. ... show more
