After reading many reviews in different tiers of renewed, I decided to go with the Apple Ultra Platinum Renewed Watch. When I received it, it came in Factory packaging with everything in it. Protective coatings as well. I would never be able to tell this watch was renewed. It looks to be completely brand new! It is a perfect watch for me. I like bigger watches like Aragon, Android and Invicta so for an iWatch, I wanted bigger. The 49mm size is perfect. The watch functions perfectly and no issues at all. The battery lasts all day and over night. I only charge it while getting ready for work and it’s fully charged when I put it back on. The newer Ultra 2 has some upgrades but if you compare the two and find the added upgrades on the Ultra 2 aren’t worth the extra money, this is perfect for you! So happy with this purchase. I wanted the Apple Watch Ultra for my birthday but did not want to break the bank for a brand new one. The refurbished Ultra 1 I got looks brand new and it has worked well for several months now - no issues. Charges fast, stays charged for a long time, feels durable and has that nice weight of a pricey watch. I got a metal bezel screen protector to stay true to the look of the watch while protecting the watch from scratches. Love that too. I got the insurance plan which is cheaper and longer than AppleCare so I had peace of mind giving this a shot but I don’t expect to need it anytime soon. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant about buying this, but I’m so happy I did!!! I recommend this seller 10/10, battery life was at 100%. No scratches and no problems. I wear this watch more than my old one because I love it so much. Also, I bought new bands for it, I didn’t like the band that came with it. Connectivity was great after it updated. I’ve bought renewed (3 iPads pros) through Amazon and had excellent experiences in the past. This time however it was terrible. The watch came and as expected had some noticeable wear but the sensors on the back and the glass screen looked good. The band that came with it was a crappy after market band and it was flimsy and literally fell apart at the clasp as soon as I tried to put it on. Like many other reviews the watch got very hot on initial charging with the included charger. Finally and most importantly the EKG app did not work. The watch did not recognize when a finger was put on the crown so that feature didn’t work at all. Just a horrible all around experience. ... show more

I was rather hesitant to purchase a Renewed Apple product, and to be honest the only reason I considered it was because, for the first time ever I was fresh off the heels of a terrible experience with Apple themselves. This is now my 5th Apple Watch, the one purchased prior, was me finally upgrading to the 7th gen cellular version which I only had less than a year, the back glass in my opinion exploded and cracked when it was on the charger, however I was informed by Apple staff that I must’ve dropped it or hit it, no way it could’ve cracked on the charger when it snapped to it or overheated … because dropping an Apple Watch or hitting it somehow made more sense, when the front glass hadn’t a scuff or mark on it, was told I couldn’t get back glass replaced due to supply issues, I’d be better off just buying new watch etc and so on… I have next to 25 Apple products, and not one have been damaged, still have first iPad, still holds charge, first Apple Watch, undamaged and still holds charge and so on. In any event I was in to heck with it mode…. I need an Apple Watch for its almost a necessity for me now at work sad to say. I wanted a larger screen so I figured I’d give this a try, I am not disappointed in the least so far, in fact only impressed as this by far is the best Apple Watch out of the 5 I own, that all still work. Back to the 7th gen with cracked back glass, it as well still operates, but because the glass where all the vital sensors are held is cracked, it sent all of the sensors in overdrive and cut my battery life on it by 75%, so usable but just not reliable any longer. I will hold onto it in case I can find someone to change the screen. This Ultra watch is fascinating, the battery life is incredible in comparison to all previous models… currently on wrist right now at 48hrs and it’s at 59%… a winner! larger screen makes it easier to see the details and so on. The delivery was on time, well packaged, easy setup, and not one reason to contact seller… I am 100% satisfied with product and seller, and will use them in the future if I perhaps need them… thanks ! ... show more

Arrived perfectly! Seller is amazing, would buy from them again. The watch is very large on my small wrists, (went from a 42-49mm) I wanted to love it so much but it didn’t work out unfortunately. Again nothing to do with the seller. It works perfectly, but way too big for me.
