So I normally don’t do reviews cuz I feel like they get lost in the mix, but I gotta say I’m impressed. It came in a nice box (not an original one, just a nice one with inserts so it fit well and was safe). It came clean, with no scratches or blemishes. It was at 3% battery when I opened it and turned it on, but, it probably sat in a warehouse for some time so I can’t really be upset at that. It charged pretty quick (took about 5 hours to fully charge, so I’m guessing the charger it came with was a cheap third party standard charger and not an Apple fast charger or anything fancy). The band is actually nice, you can tell it may not be an Apple brand one but it’s still nice and fits well. And it’s a nice color too. (Only time will tell in regards to durability of the band). Set up was easy and quick, and honestly without hassle. Took maybe 10-15 minutes for me. I saw a lot of reviews here that had critiqued or scrutinized quality of the watch itself, battery life/quality, band quality/durability, and the charger quality. And I have to say so far I’m not seeing anything majorly wrong with any of the products I received. I’m happy! Will hopefully update in a few months if something changes! ... show more

So, I decided to get an Apple Watch after my Garmin broke in a restaurant over the holidays. Not to get into it, but their support was horrible and I decided to jump ship. Purchased an 8SE in January and it was great— but I didn’t realize that the SE doesn’t have a keyboard for typing. Returned and purchased this series 7 cellular later in January for about $20-$30 more than the SE was. It was a certified refurbished purchase and, while it was not eligible for Apple care, it was sold with a comparable 2 year warranty with Amazon. I was a bit nervous, but it came in perfect condition with a perfect battery. I do have to charge every day, or every 2 days if I remember to turn on low power and other energy-saving modes at night. I don’t wear in bed. About 10 months in I’m at 94% battery capacity from 100% when I got it. Do I wish it stayed charged longer? Sure! I have to remember to charge it if it’s low and I’m planning on working out, but you just get used to it. Glad I purchased cellular because, even though I didn’t connect it for months, it gave me the option. I hope to keep the watch long term. Glad I took the chance with return because I’ve had no issues! Series 7 is fantastic and has everything I need (fitness tracking with metrics, general productivity, texts/replies on my watch), and it looks way better than the Garmin as a general watch. Very easy to swap bands for different occasions or outfits, and there are many options available out there. I like that I can go from leather band to fabric/silicone easily if I’m getting to work out after work. (As an aside, silver hardware is the better choice generally for Starlight over gold or rose gold if you’d like to match reasonably well) I like to run, do general functional strength training and yoga, and I’ve been happy with Apple for these things. Plus, it connects to the elliptical at the gym, and runs simultaneous timers when cooking! I recommend both the watch (over my old forerunner 635 and the AW8 SE) and Amazon refurbished. ... show more

It's a cr-pshoot. Order 1 premium watch and it looked fantastic. Ordered another one 3x and each time the Premium was scratched in the screen, I would barely describe as Fair. Honestly, this is a terribly seller and the quality is roulette. So this was a super value, has the EKG option which is very cool, that's why we chose this older model. The refurbished quality actually seemed new, except for the large Apple box which seemed particularly heavy duty and expensive. The green silicon watchband is beautiful, and so comfortable. And, sigh - it's fun to stick the band on the little stainless button. Wanted the universal sized band, but this turned out to be even better. Whoever designed this Apple watchband deserves kudos. As for the watch itself, seemed absolutely new with no scratches, marks, nothing. Bright, beautiful screen, all the apps, etc. easy to navigate. Works seamlessly with the iphone where you can get sleep details, health, exercise, heart, info taken from the watch. This model does not have cellular, but totally don't need as a phone is more than sufficient. Recharges in minutes with a magnet. The price for this was fantastic! My husband loves his new watch. So I’m glad I was able to make this purchase. It has blood oxy readings so it’s great for him to wear all day. As for the watch band, the part that has the metal nub for connecting the band to the watch, was damaged. The middle bead on the area where the watch slides into the watch nitch was exposed and tattered. I had to order a new watch band. My son who use to be an apple tech said it was broken and will not engage and said i needed a new band. Maybe it was damaged during processing, as it was in a plastic sleeve in the box. Or maybe it was a return that got put in my order. That is the only problem I had with this order. I was glad to find this issue and order a new one prior to wrapping it for Christmas. My hub loves his new watch and it charged and connected very easily on Christmas morning! ... show more

Everything was included as described, and the watch works fine. It came in plain white box as some reviews say theirs came in an Apple Watch box, this one did not. This isn't really important to me. What does bother me is that this watch was listed as premium condition. The watch face itself is very nice, but the stainless steel case is somewhat scratched. More importantly, I was also hoping for it to have better battery health. My older Apple Watch series 5 has a higher battery health percentage. ... show more
