I was hesitant about this purchase because of some of the negative reviews, I am pleasantly surprised. Other than the sketchy box it came in it’s perfect. Like others have said the initial charge took longer as it came completely dead, almost 2 hours. But otherwise the face and underside have zero wear or scratches. The band came like new. I can even tell the color of aluminum dark green. It seems once the watch is set up it is as good as a brand new watch. It holds a good charge, tracks my steps, easy to use. Only good things to say re: seller and condition of watch! Bought for elderly mother to help if she falls mainly and I've been wearing it to learn before handing it over. Haven't tried fall feature yet, will update. I am less than thrilled with Apple's design of the product and accuracy of sleep monitor and tracking workouts. My comparison is to an older Fitbit. Apple shouldn't require that sleep monitor is tied into sleep schedule and alarm. Won't track naps or if you don't sleep when scheduled. If you turn off schedule, won't give REM, Deep, etc. details, just time asleep, if that. Also, doesn't automatically track when I'm walking/running for workout outdoors, can understand if it takes a few minutes to realize, but it seems not to register that I've been walking for 20 minutes, which by that time I don't see the point of tracking it. You can manually start tracking workout, but seems like Fitbit did this better. Logs steps and miles fine if that's all you need though. It reminds me of one of those baby chicken computers that kids got to have them get a sense of minding a real baby, have to constantly input things for it to work. Also, it seems to interfere with my phone ringing or alerting me to calls or texts, vibrating on my wrist if I'm lucky, or if I'm sleeping, not so lucky. Fitbit, though obviously did many fewer things, just logged stuff. The watch, while it's cool it monitors oxygen saturation, the software gives ranges that don't explain much. Maybe the paid version does better? Also, when I wear a headset to listen to music via watch, doesn't work. Headset during calls doesn't work and believe it's supposed to. Has to be charged pretty much daily. Constantly vibrating to stand, record thoughts, etc. I mean I can probably set it otherwise, but again, feels like I'm minding a computer baby. Sometimes the band that came with it and watch itself causes a rash. Good ideas, bad execution. For the problems, not sure if I would get one for myself. For my Mom, will just set up the basics. May meet your needs though, just my opinion. ... show more

Cheaper than anything else you can find on the market. I would say for the price it is in excellent condition. Overall not really. If you’re looking for a scratchless watch just buy a new one. The screen looked flawless but the body of the watch had some scuffs (nothing I won’t be doing so no big deal) I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t care about how pretty their watch is or if you want so save $200+. I switched from a whoop band and so far with the ECG, heart rate display and active blood o2 I would say this is better than the whoop unless you want a super in depth summary. Great Purchase The watch is self is good but my only concern is the magnetic charger it stops then charg again maybe because its not an original charger but all in all the watch is good.

First time smartwatch user after using a Mi Band 6 mostly as just a watch & sleep tracker for a while. I'm thoroughly impressed (and honestly pretty overwhelmed!) with this little gadget! Firstly, I got this used/refurbished so I wasn't expecting much since I've never had luck with used tech off the internet in the past. It came in the sketchiest packaging and in less than like 12 hours. Besides the odd packaging, I would've never known it wasn't brand new. Not a single scratch or fingerprint anywhere. It just looks and feels new. Asked a friend and they couldn't tell, either. Strap was easy to install. I'm not a fan of silicone watch straps, so I bought me one that breathes a little better (and is some subtle Pride lol) It's very comfortable on my wrist and I don't even notice it despite it being slightly heavier and twice as wide as my Mi Band was. The battery was completely dead and had a snake on the screen, so I asked Prof Google what to do. After about 5 minutes on the provided charger cable (which is definitely not new or legit Daddy Apple), the snake was gone and hooray watch! I'll definitely go find me a more solid charger. Battery capacity shows at 100% on the Battery Health screen and it charged to 50% very quickly. I'm still getting use to the controls and already paired it to my iPhone 13, which was really easy -- even for someone that just upgraded from a 7+ a few weeks ago. Really love that it's nice to those of us who prefer to wear watches on our right wrists. I might actually flip the device so the dial is on the bottom left. Overall, I'm just really impressed! Trying to better use technology to simplify my life and health and I'm really happy with this new tool sitting on my wrist! (Ok, and seeing my cat stare at me, tbh) ... show more
