    • No battery life
The battery life on this watch is 6-7 hours at best. I only run a fitness tracker with no heart monitor and a music app. It doesn’t even make it through the work day. I bought this to monitor a severe heart condition at work, at the gym, and during sleep. It’s not made it to the gym with me once, dead before then. Can’t waste battery life on sleep tracking when work is where I need this most. I’m not bothering to return it cause at least I have something for part of the day but this is more like a $75 watch. Also the screen protector began to peel off immediately making the touch screen very unresponsive. Based on other reviews I’m scared to take it off. I contacted the seller to request partial refund. They offered me advice about getting a new charger. The watch charges really fast and says it’s fully charged. This is not a charger issue. This is a bad battery life issue. I’m not willing to waste time on returns and exchanges only to get another bad watch. So I’ll use this for now and save up for one that isn’t broken. My lesson learned. This is a do not buy. 2 Years, 8 months update: I’ve been wearing it nearly every day. Watch still works perfectly, maybe a little less battery, but I still end up with about 10-20% at the end of the day. A lot of scratches from me banging it around, though I’m not particularly careful. Still runs just as fast as it did when I got it, even on the newest update. I don’t see why it couldn’t last me another year, maybe two. 8 month update: Watch still works the way It did when I bought it. I’m not particularly carful about banging/scratching it and it does have a big scratch mark but That’s of my own doing. Still works great with my 11 pro, battery is still more than gets be through the day. Cellular works great with Verizon, there have been a few times where I’m about to go to work and realize I haven’t charged my phone in days and it’s now at 10% I can confidently go to work while my phone charges at home and even when I have to do a delivery every so often, I can just put the address into my watch and it takes me there no problem. I’ve learned a lot of things it can do that my old android smart watch (from 2018) Either did a lot worse or just didn’t do. Overall 12/10 would recommend. 6 month update: After half a year it still works just like new. I’ve used the cellular feature and it’s really cool how someting this small can talk to cell towers and even gps towered way up in the sky. Tha materials still feel the way they did when I got it. 2 week review: This is my first Apple Watch and it will not be my last. It came in a box nothing fancy like if it were new but it wasn’t just some random box. There are absolutely no scratches on the front sides or back. The battery life is probably just like new I used only 30% in 9 hours while working. The screen is so big and bright and the colors are so vibrant. I haven’t used the cellular yet but I plan to add it with verizon. I love everything about it. I used to have galaxy watch and the band it came with had words sticking out of the bands and it irritated my skin and it was so big and bulky(I got the smaller one too) and the screen was a circle so it was hard to do not watch things. I am very impressed with this amazon renewed thing. It really came like new and for $100 less than a new one would cost. Aside from the lack of original packaging, and the obviously not Apple power adapter (which I really don’t care about since I have many good power adapters) everything about it is perfect. I put this on my wrist and It’s so light weight and comfy and I know it’s weird but it’s SOOOO SOFT. Like it’s almost more comfortable to wear than to not wear it. And it’s thin so I’m not always bumping it into things. And the vibration motor on it so amazing. When scrolling through things with the crown it feels so nice. And the back of the watch itself is very smooth, tough, glass and unlike the galaxy watch it feels nice. And everything fits very smoothly and no sharp edges. I really just can’t believe how much they packed into this little thing. 3D Touch, gps, cellular, Bluetooth, wifi, GPS, THE SCREEN, the amazingly accurate vibration motor, the battery, the motherboard, a mic, a really loud and clear speaker, A really accurate gyro, and even an EKG. And they still managed to make it super thin and super small AND still has battery life the can easily last a day, maybe even 2. ... show more

A good, working watch but it comes with its issues. The screen for mine was slightly too big for the watch, leaving an overhang on the edges. I understand it’s refurbished so I most likely got one where the screen was fixed but regardless, could have fit it better. A good watch, everything works good, even the screen. The watch itself looks great. Just a few minor scratches, but can’t really see unless you are looking for them. Works great, but sometimes the screen is either a little delayed or unresponsive to my touch. Again, it is refurbished and I knew that buying it so I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect. Only downfall id say is that the battery life stinks. But those things will not let me regret my purchase or like it any less. It serves its purpose for a great value. ... show more

    • Software is out of date
This Apple Watch would not pair. After hours on the phone with Apple support, we discovered the software on the watch is out of date. It cannot be updated unless connected to a phone and cannot be connected to a phone unless updated. Unfortunately this means we’ll be sending it to Apple to update and will not even know if that works for several more days. ETA: Apple returned the watch and claims no issue. 3 hours later, issue is resolved remotely. Heads up — there’s a pairing issue with watches that isn’t significant enough to warrant a “bug fix,” but prevents the watch from pairing (at accepting the Apple Terms and Conditions). We figured out a workaround, but it required access to a Mac, which we thankfully had. ... show more

First and foremost I purchased the excellent condition option. It is not excellent. There are deep scuffs on one side. An ugly sticker on the back that has clearly been there awhile and will take some work to remove. It came in random packaging that makes it hard to gift but looking at it they would know it’s used anyway. Positives, it came safely, the band is very nice, and the charger is exceptional. This watch was severely scratched up. They did a great job at applying two screen protector to hide the marks though. Unfortunately, the thick screen protector wouldn’t allow you to function the watch appropriately, so we had to take it off. Once we took the thick screen protector off, there was ANOTHER thin screen protector. Once that was removed it was very evident that this watch had a bit more than a few minor imperfections.
