So. I have a case and screen protector on my daughter's tablet from day one because obviously I don't want anything to happen to her tablet. Well, today I screwed up aaaaaand left the tablet on the roof of my car. So I pull out from the parking area at the orchard and see the tablet fly off the car and land on the road, face down. I'm thinking, oh, no no no no no. I turn around, fearing the worst for this tablet, and pull off to the side just in time for a car to go flying up the road and run right over the tablet. I'm talking tires made the flip flip noise as they very clearly went over this tablet. I instinctively exclaimed a word that rhymes with duck, having no hope for the survival of my one and a half year old daughter's long drive educational entertainment. Coincidentally, my daughter learned and decided to practice a new word today; good job, me. Anywho, hopped out before another car could smash it, hopped back in, and HOLY COW. THE TABLET TURNS RIGHT ON. So I look at this thing in disbelief and see some nasty marks but I remember that it has a protector on it. Guess what? All of the damage was to the protector. All of it. The tablet survived being flung off of a moving car and then RUN OVER by another car, thanks to the case and protector. I'd give both 10 stars if I could. ... show more

It does the job well so far, and seems to protect the screen as designed. The only problem is that doesn't want to stick to the bottom of the screen, but that might have been an installation error on my part.
