Less than a month after I bought it, it stopped working. It was working well in the first couple of weeks, but then, out of nowhere, it stopped. I couldn't even turn it on. Requested to return it and the seller accepted it. Up to that point, everything okay. Then, after paying $18 for a box to ship it back to the seller, they email me saying that I didn't log out from my apple ID as I was supposed to before returning (how was I supposed to log out if the laptop wouldn't even turn on??!) Then, they offered two options: either they would send it back to me so I could log out myself (but they said that I would have to pay for shipping), or I could PROVIDE THEM WITH MY APPLE ID LOGIN INFORMATION!! What?? How unprofessional. To make matters worse, their phone line doesn't work, chat doesn't work either, and they take forever to respond to my emails. Bottom line: regretted completely! Wasted time buying a defective product, paid $18 for shipping already (and they tried to make me spend even more money on shipping). UPDATE: coincidently, one hour after I had posted this, they issued my refund. So it went up from 1 star to 2. ... show more

RAM Size: 16 GB Hard Disk Size: 512 GB
The laptop itself arrived in excellent condition. It has 640 battery cycles on it, so we will see how long it last before battery degradation occurs - as of now though it appears to be just fine. My only issue is that the Amazon listing states that the laptop has 16GB of RAM when, in fact, the laptop that arrived only has 8 GB. I don't do a lot of RAM intensive things, so I decided to keep it anyways, but be if 16GB of RAM is something that you definitely need, be aware that the listing is incorrect. ... show more

This was an excellent buy! The MacBook has no obvious scratches, it’s in great condition, charger works and efficient. It fast, light weight and convenient. I’ve been wanting a MacBook Air just didn’t want to spend hundreds/thousands on it. The seller backs the product so if something is wrong, it is fairly easy to contact them. The computer worked well, but there was an issue with the lid, so I requested a return. The seller promised a good quality replacement but the process took FAR too long. I’d give 5 stars if customer service was more prompt.

This is the best computer ever! All my life I have owned other computers like Dell or HP or ASUS, but never a Mac. Well I got my first iPhone a few years ago and I loved it. I got my first IPad two years ago and I'm still in love. Now I have my first Mac and its all I ever dreamed of! Its fashionable, slim, speedy, has lots of memory, (and I love the sound it makes starting up, its like a space computer or something), and I can take it anywhere. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but you pay for what you get. If you want a cheap computer, you're going to get cheap graphics and network connections. Also it came in excellent packaging, even though it is refurbished, it came in a nice box with the plastic coverings on it to protect it and in foam so it wouldn't move around during shipping. 50000000000000 stars if I could. ... show more
