I purchased one these when they first came out and I loved it. I hadn't had one in a long time. I purchased this one for use in my car (2012 Ford Fusion) and I'm very satisfied with it. The user interface is kind of clumsy but it works well with Microsoft Sync so I don't have to worry about it.

I have had a good experience with this product. I wanted to use this for a bit before I made a review. As of now I don't have any 'bad' experiences. The only thing that I had a little disappointment on was that I haven't been able to get any of the music videos that I have to transfer to it. Other than that, it works like a old iPod.     • I Really Wanted This To Work
I had no issues with the device itself, or my MacBook recognizing it. What you don’t know is that it will not sync with any current IOS Apple Music/ITunes. I even called Apple to see if anything could be done, but sadly no. I didn’t want to return it, but I had to💔.
