I bought this phone for my tweenager as a new year gift and they are VERY happy with it! Updated them from a Iphone 5s to now an Iphone XR. Shipping; arrived on time in white box with bubble wrapping to secure the phone. I was presently surprised that the phone came with a charger and adapter! Appearance; front and back of the phone has no scratches and looks brand new. However, there is some wear and tear around the edges of the phone (volume buttons & lock button area). Once covered with a case said wear and tear isn't visible. Set up; set up was super easy, turned on the phone and apple logo appeared. The phone was already 20% charged. The XR (yellow) iPhone was my purchase. It’s been seamless transferring my information over. It has an ever slight scratch on the top left glass, approx 1” in length. The rest is in like-new condition. The scratch is difficult to see unless you get the light to hit it just right. I purchased the warranty as well.
