I’ve had this phone for 3 months, it was an upgrade from my iPhone 8 I had for years(and am currently using again because the 10 broke). My screen fell out, like it wasn’t glued in right. I didn’t drop it, I wasn’t rough, it just literally fell out. Immediately after that the touch went out and now I’m back to using the only phone I’ve had for year. When buying this phone it said it was it was in excellent condition, and it sure was! Not a scratch on it, front or back. Very pleased with the condition. Easy as hell to set up. You just plug it up and set your old phone next to it, the new phone will show an image and you scan the image with the old phone and it starts transferring your data. Took about an hour, but very easy. This is the third product I’ve bought from Amazon that has been reconditioned and I’m quite pleased with all three. It’s only been a couple of days since I’ve received this phone, but all seems well. The only thing that was a bummer, was the battery capacity is at 79%. I thought it would be a little over 80%. This iPhone X was in excellent shape,I was forced to do this review because I couldn’t keep this to myself alone because you all need to see how neat this phone was when I opened it with a new battery and a new body and new screen.Everything was just so perfect,it was just so beautiful like it was never used. My only concern was that the phone did not have a long battery life the most that I would get battery life wise would be two hours tops. And then the phone does overheat a lot. Honestly… i don’t know. If you’re looking to get an iPhone that does the job this is for you. I have run into some problems though. - the camera takes at least 20-30 seconds to be able to use. -the flashlight often turns off and doesn’t turn back on. -the facial recognition does NOT work. -the phone came with scratches on the body. -no 0.5 camera, obviously. Other than that it’s been great. No other problems. Although my job requires me to take a lot of pictures so that’s a big deal. ... show more
