Everything as promised. Phone is in excellent shape with no scratches, mark or any imperfections. It works as it should. The only drawback is that the battery’s maximum capacity is 97%, which is obviously well above the promised 80%. So far, so good. My wife's previous phone a 1st gen SE began having issues and it had been repaired a few times. She doesn't use it much so it's not like we needed to get anything expensive and new. This has done the job. After having it for a couple of months, I'm pleased with the purchase, the quality of the phone, and the parts or work that went into refurbishing it. The battery life has been exceptional, the wifi speed is great, there is no lag, the camera works great, and I've not had any regrets. All that said, you should not expect this to have the same performance as a new phone out of the box. It's overall what I expected, but neither was there anything that gave it a higher-than-expected rate. The battery performance remains high but the capacity has diminished a little more than I'd hoped. Probably an aftermarket rather than a OEM batter. I got what I ordered! I got it ON TIME! I got one in pristine condition! My old iPhone 7 crapped out on me. So, I got the iPhone SE 3rd gen. I got it for 3 reasons. 1 - It is inexpensive. 2 - It still has touch ID. 3 - it has the same physical dimensions as the 7. I did the restore to it, moved the sim to it and updated the OS to latest 17 rev. I've used it for 2 weeks after moving over to it. I'm happy. The battery life shows as 100%. It came with a nice screen protector. It also is the same size as the iPhone 7 so my leather folio case fits it perfectly. No muss, no fuss. ... show more

Battery health at 100%! I bought this phone “refreshed/used like new” from a seller called Woot. Great price. It was packaged securely and looks brand-freaking-new except for a few small superficial scratches on the screen, which fortunately do not affect the display. I installed a ballistic glass screen protector and can no longer see them at all. After growing increasingly frustrated with Face ID, which failed 60% of the time for me, I switched from an iPhone 11 to this SE and couldn’t be happier. I LOVE having fingerprint/Touch ID again, and having a phone that isn’t so dang heavy. The iPhones I’ve used previously have been: 4s > 6 > 8 > 11. The 8 was my favorite, so I knew the SE would be ideal for my next phone, since it’s the newest upgraded technology but in the iPhone 8 chassis. For me, the SE is just right and has the features, size, weight, and performance I want. I have petite hands and don’t want a huge, heavy phone. So glad I went with this. Bye, Face ID. Won’t miss ya! LOL. ** Update, two weeks later ** I freaking love this phone and haven’t missed my 11 for even one nanosecond. Battery life is fantastic. The screen definitely felt small at first coming from the 11, but I like not having that weird notch at the top that cuts into the screen. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the camera light/flashlight on the SE isn’t as bright as the one on the 11. However, in everyday life, this a non-issue. I only noticed because my weekly Invisalign photos, which I send to my orthodontist, aren’t quite as bright with the SE as they were with my 11.
