    • Difficult to update software
Edit: Welp, after the 4th time trying to update iOS, I gave up. Plugged in my phone to reset factory settings to return the phone and lo and behold it tells me it finally updated the software after two days. Will update my review when I can report whether or not it all works! The sellers description is that the phone can be updated to the latest software, but I have tried to update it to the latest iOS several times and it will not. That means you can’t use most apple apps.. I love this phone and have had it in the past. It would be great for just calling and texting. But you can’t use any recent apps on it. They should at least include that in the description ... show more

This is my second one I’ve received the first one was damaged, don’t use ups shipping fyi. Aside from that great phone with out the over sized screen does what I need it too highly recommend it
