The battery life of these phones is a lot less than expected. My old Xs max after sever years of use is equivalent to this new one. I’m not very happy with this purchase. Up date, it holds better battery life when charged with a better charging cable.

Couldn't be happier with the phone's condition and operation. It's like buying a brand-new phone with a $100 discount. Regarding the 15's satellite feature, it's pretty fiddly. The phone has to be positioned just right otherwise the connection drops. Very handy and potentially a life-saver if you're on a backcountry hike, however. Also, the satellite connection doesn't work in my airplane moving at 200mph with a clear shot to the sky; I didn't evaluate this function in a land vehicle at highway speed. ... show more

I paid $990 for a "Premium" renewed iphone 15 pro and it had chips in the camera housing, multiple gouges in the back glass and scratches on the sides. What a rip off. Next time I will buy new from Apple.

When it's time for me to choose a refurbished phone for my sister, I coming back to this refurbisher. I found out they are only 20 minutes away from where we live so I think I will go directly to them when I make my next purchase to see if I can get the next phone from them directly. About the phone. The battery holds a charge for a long time and the phone looks just like a new phone. No dents, no screen scratches. There was a tiny mark on the frame but I think it was just a mark due to a manufacturing defect when it left the iPhone factory.
