This phone came in perfect condition! No scratches and 100% battery. It gotta be brand new which is what I expected anyways for the price. I was going to get the 15 pro max but the 14 pro max silver looked wayy prettier to me with the glossy sides and I was not a fan of the usb-c. Overall I am very excited about this purchase. Little update 7/7/2024- Phone is still amazing, best phone purchase I’ve ever made, sadly as you know time passes and my battery capacity went to down to 97% it’s Sunday today and 6 days ago on Monday it was 98% capacity. No idea how long it was 98% though as I just recently started checking again. I do remember at least 2-3 months ago it was 100% battery capacity so it lasted at 100% for a long time. Battery is still great though it will last you through the whole day before reaching 20%. My bad for yapping though thanks for reading I still recommend. ... show more

Unfortunately, I've had multiple bad experiences with these so-called “renewed” devices. Fool me once, shame on you, but fool me twice, shame on me. The first premium renewed device (iPhone 14 Pro Max) came with multiple scratches included a small chip on the frame of one of the lens. According to Amazon, a device is classified as “premium” if any imperfection can’t be seen within an arm length— and this was certainly not the case. I returned the device and re-ordered another. Their return policy by the way, is horrendous: You have to wait about a month (In almost any scenario) to get your money back in full. So while I waited for $1,000 to be returned, I placed another $1,000 order because I needed a phone. This phone looked cosmetically great. There was only one (big) problem I later discovered: the GPS didn’t work! It was glitchy on both Apple and Google Maps. I reached out to Apple and they told me their diagnostic test indicated a deeper analysis will be needed and a repair would be likely. I decided I didn’t want to deal with Amazon anymore and returned the device. As I wait now for $2,000 in total be returned, I went to the Apple Store and buy a brand new device. I got the iPhone 15 Pro Max instead. Although I paid a bit more, there’s peace of mind of a better return policy, a clean phone, and an overall experience. Folks, if you’re going to spend hundreds on a phone, PLEASE just buy yourself a new one and save yourself a headache. Amazon is not the convenient, reliable company it once was. ... show more

This was my first time purchasing a used/refurbished product from Amazon, and from what I had read I knew to expect a bit of a crapshoot in quality. I selected the Used - Like New option, which claimed "Screen is like new with no visible scratches. Item will come in original packaging." The first part of that is accurate—the phone itself looks like it's brand new, and the battery is even at 100% capacity. However it was not in original packaging—no Apple box or packaging, no documentation, and the charging cable and box that came with it are incredibly cheap and bootleg looking. The generic Amazon Renewed box that it came in was not secured so when I opened the outer box everything had already fallen out of it; there was no butcher paper or packing peanuts or anything like that, so the phone itself likely had been bouncing around unprotected in the box during transport. That was pretty distressing to find. However, as I said, so far the phone seems to be working just fine, so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed but right now thinking I got lucky. ... show more

In the selection of a new iPhone it’s tough to have to keep chasing the monkey around the tree. That’s why I upgraded from my iPhone 8 to a 14 with no upgrades in between. They’re expensive and they’re a necessity. The iPhone 14 is everything I wanted it to be and more. It’s Smart, Fast, well-made and I got it on renewed premium. Had 94% battery life.
