TL;DR. I got the iPhone 14 Pro gold 256 gb and it’s working decently! Sorted through the seller list and I think I picked a great one to buy from. Happy with this purchase. Seller Selection: Need to switch to a new phone since my old one has already stopped updating iOS. I was afraid of getting scammed based on some of the reviews, so I sorted through the sellers list and looked through all of their ratings. I went for a slightly more expensive buy from a seller with a better review overall (actually read the reviews and don’t believe the %positive stuff from Amazon, Amazon marks some of the reviews as “Amazon’s fault” and thus do not count them into the overall seller rating, however sometimes the reviews they crossed out are really, the seller’s product problem, which makes the review system kinda sketchy and suspicious.) I got mine from the seller “The Cell Whiz 2” (it has just an average % positive review rate, but I notice that most of the problems associated with it are minor and the seller looks very responsive to the reviews, so I picked it) and, I’m happy with it so far. In fact, I’m writing my review on this phone right now! The phone: It came in a cardboard box with a charger, both wrapped in a little plastic bag. The packaging doesn’t have any foam or other kinds of protection, so I was a bit worried upon receiving it. Fortunately, nothing cracked or seemed broken. The phone itself is so spotless I was afraid of getting my grimy fingers on it! I inspected all over the phone and only found a tiny chipped paint scratch on the frame of one of the camera lens. Honestly, no one would even find out about it. And you can’t even see it after you put a lens protection glass on. Setting up the phone was no issue, I transferred from my physical SIM to an eSIM successfully (though I was a bit nervous during the wait and when I had to click on install cellular again). Apple transferred all my data from my previous iPhone to this one very smoothly. It’s exactly like my old phone, except on a newer model. The battery capacity it came with is 89%. It’s not THE BEST, but it’s really good. I can still use it for a while before I need to change it. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and hopefully everyone who’s reading this review can get a phone they like <3 ... show more

This was an amazing purchase! I was nervous initially due to mixed reviews on the quality of the phone. But I knew I could return it if it didn’t meet the “excellent” specifications. I waited until I saw a price drop in the product, and there was only one left at the price I bought it at. I was even more nervous about this, thinking that the price drop might be due to the product quality. Absolutely not! The phone came before it was supposed to, it said 8 day shipping, it came in 3. The phone is literally perfect except for a very few minor scratches around the camera metal. It doesn’t affect picture quality at all! Everything else is like NEW! 99% battery health! The color was correct. It came wrapped in bubble wrap for safety. The phone feels heavy and well built. The sound quality is impeccable for both regular and speaker phone! No glitches or lag on anything. It came carrier unlocked and was so easy to setup from my IPhone XR! Just place the phones next to each other when prompted from the new phone and start your setup! I changed my iPhone 11 for this 14 Pro because of storage and some cameras; besides the fact I always wanted a Pro phone. I really got amazed by the price, since in my country it was $200 more than here. Regarding the sending, the product arrived on time. I don’t live in the US, and when it arrived to Ecuador, I could finally check it. Color and storage capacity were as requested. Cameras work perfectly, same as the buttons, speakers and microphone. Dynamic Island works fantastic, and I’m even surprised for the AppleCare warranty. What I got disappointed about was the battery level, as I requested for a “Reconditioned-excellent” phone. Besides, the selling ad did not mention I was buying an ESIM version, so I had to change my chip. Ah, and let’s not forget the little dent you can see on the side. I confess I was very doubtful about buying here due to the comments: some positive and some really bad. I bought the acceptable one and the phone came with little to no scratches or dents a few scruffs on the edges and a prominent scratch on the middle top of the screen but it’s an upgrade from my XR so I don’t mind. The physical quality is good but the internal is where I’m like “yeah this is definitely ‘acceptable’ ” because the battery life was at 84% when I got it but I don’t mind since it’s a 1TB phone I will get the battery replaced. I also noticed the phone overheating a bit while transferring my data from my old phone i have felt it get warm a bit when downloading apps a bit concerning. For a refurbished phone half off the original release price, it works amazing, like new. Only pet peeves I have are that the camera is slightly scratched and there are white marks, but the camera function itself is fine. For its price, totally worth it.
