Okay, I was shocked and so pleasantly surprised to pull this phone out of the box and see that it was literally perfect in every single way… zero damage or cosmetic issues whatsoever. Not even one tiny scratch. So so easy to set up for anyone like myself who didn’t know how to set up my new iPhone from my old iPhone… you literally just turn on new phone, go to “General” under settings, at the very bottom it says “transfer or reset iPhone” and click on that and it walks you through the whole thing. Soooooo easy to do. If everything is already backed up on iCloud it is even easier. While going through the guided steps, you eventually take a pic with your old phone of a little pixel burst type thing (I have no idea how else to describe it rn lmao) on the new phone and your good to go. Gave the old one to my sister, that was also so easy to do as well to clear and reset the old phone once everything was switched to my new phone. So so so so happy with this purchase and will literally never buy a new phone from a retailer again… why would you when you have this Amazon Renewed that lets you buy an absolutely perfect renewed phone for way less. The iPhone 14 Plus I bought came in the mail looking like it was brand new, had 100% battery health and also came with a charging block and cable for a very good price. However, I had to return it because I ended up learning that it was a locked phone. Fortunately, All Out Apple was very understanding and went through with the refund, which was miles ahead in professionalism when compared to other shady sellers I've dealt with in the past. The arrival time was great within a week. The phone size and weight amazing. The charging time within an hour even while being plugged and set up. The set up divine, there's not much to do except align the phones next to each other when they're iOS 11 or later. The face recognition a bit cumbersome but I'll give it another try. The set up, within several minutes, after that you allow the phone to complete automatedly it's own setup, it may take 15 to 20 minutes (I didn't time it.), ie setting up Apple ID and/or Cloud. The phone was half way charged so that was superb. Gone are the days you need to sit next to a representative or a helper for 2 hours just to set up the phone while making dinner. Setting up the ID itakes longest but as I said, you allow the phones to do their work. The assembly or construction, fabulous, I do like the metal assembly with a square look, the classic Apple iPhone look. The color not my 1st choice but it can absolutely work for prime choice or 1st choice: I wanted something Barbie, well, rather an Apple logo with a Ken Look on the back... Maybe Apple should sell stickers that peal off with time for their apple phones or Apple Ken or Barbie Otter Boxes... I'm very impressed, with the quality and service and how fast the setup works! I will recommend it to everyone and anyone. The down side, I didn't receive the charging USB box. ... show more
