    • Ordered 2 Phones both faulty and randomly restart
I've ordered 2 phones from Buyspry in excellent condition. The phones look good from the outside but have internal damage. The first phone immediately had an issue of randomly restarting, this happened all too frequently. So I started the return process with the 3rd party seller. Meanwhile I ordered a replacement phone from the same vendor willing to give them a second chance to make it right. Yet, the second phone after some time also had this same issue of randomly restarting. I submitted another return request and instead bought the same phone directly from Amazon in "used-like new" condition and have had no problems. Do NOT buy from 3rd party amazon sellers, they are selling faulty phones and charging $500+ for them. Instead buy from Amazon Resale in "used-like new" condition. ... show more

The company I bought the refinished IPhone from sent it by air mail at no additional cost to me, thus arriving 3 days early. They stated the phone was in excellent condition/ like new, and it is. The battery percentage is 98%, that’s above excellent for a refinished IPhone. I would buy again if need be in the future. The iPhone 14 Plus is such a wonderful delight to use as I finally upgraded from an iPhone 7 Plus. The new features are so easy to adjust to. It’s really nice to ask Siri to do a task, and “ Poof “ it’s done. Saves a lot of time and very useful in the car. I’m so glad I stepped out of the dinosaur era and upgraded. The phone charges very fast using the 20v plug and chord, or the affordable magnetic charging. You can use the magnetic charge through your phone case! I love the screen size of the iPhone 14 Plus! The phone is just about an 1/8 inch larger than my old phone, but the screen is bigger because there is no button, you just use swiping. The iPhone tips app shows you how to do everything you need to do in quick shortcuts, or you can read the users manual in your spare time. Siri helped me figure out how to get around by telling me how to do something before I was accustomed to the phone, and it only took a couple of minutes, and I became a novice user until I made it to the tips app. Thank you Apple for such a wonderful iPhone, and thank you seller for your honesty and air mail! ... show more

    • Fantastic Seller - minor problem
This is a positive, product return review, I ordered a phone for my spouse, when we received the phone, there was a very tiny crack at the bottom of the screen. We didn't really notice at first and then thought nothing of it as the functionality was fine, but unfortunately over the space of only a couple days the crack grew up the middle of the screen from the bottom toward the top, making the screen unusable. I had to return the phone, but the purpose of this review it say how quickly and responsibly the seller accepted the phone, acknowledged the problem, then provided a refund. Less than an hour after I handed this to my son, the phone fell out of his pocket while he was seated in my car. It fell less than 12 inches and hit the plastic on the door inside. There were 2 new chips on either side of the screen after that. Find it hard to believe that this was the real Gorilla Glass that Apple uses. My phone has fallen multiple times and been thrown across the room. Seems weird that such an inconsequential fall would cause that damage. (The screen protector that I bought wouldn't go over the phone and the new one hadn't arrived yet from Amazon.) Ugh! Otherwise, the phone seems to function well. ... show more
