You would never know the phone I received from Woot is refurbished. When they rate it as “excellent “, they mean it. Physically I can’t see one blemish. The item arrived 4 days sooner than was originally stated, so that was the first win. When I unboxed the phone I noticed a few minor scratches on the metal siding on the phone but no issues with scratched/cracks, etc. on the screen or the back. The phone came with a charger (but no block) and setting up the phone was very simple. I have to say, although I was leery of buying renewed from Amazon, I am 5 days in and I have 0 regrets. The phone charges to 100% and the battery life is fantastic! I've only charged it twice so far! No scratches or dings which was expected. I received it a day earlier than the expected time! It came with a lightning charger & holds charge really good.
