    • Useless Phone. I was sent a phone that was defective.
This phone barely lasted a week then I had to take to Apple store . They sent it out to repair shop. I am waiting for it to be returned and will not get repaired. Repair is to expensive.

Received phone, phone looks great and works great. Unfortunately was unable to use the phone due to Verizon saying they can not transfer phone to account due to money still owed on said phone.     • Sells phones that can't be activated
I purchased an Iphone 14. When i received the phone, it couldn't be activated because the phone was locked to someone else's account for NON PAYMENT, therefore making the phone useless. Buyer beware !

    • Waste of time - unpaid for phones cant be activated
Huge disappointment. Verizon informed me that whoever had this phone before me did not pay for it and unpaid for phones can not be activated. Had erase and return after a lot of hassle and confusion. Buy new if you can.
