It has 1 little not noticeable scuff on the side and 3 scratches on the screen that are not easily noticeable. One thing that was unexpected to me was that it came in with a screen protector which I do not believe you get told before you purchase this phone but who’s gonna complain about something nice like that. I got mine in Sierra blue and it looks absolutely amazing it came with 89% battery health and that’s very good anything below 75 is where I’d say it’s worrisome but the phones in amazing condition fast snappy the cameras are amazing in the sun the blue shines very nicely no non apple parts on mine either I checked it myself. The phone appears to be in good condition and looks beautiful and feels premium to hold compared to the iphone SE. There doesn't seem to be any scratches on the screen or the back. After testing the phone's functions, everything works perfect. There's one downside though. You would think you're getting this phone for cheap for around $440. But really you have to spend more money since this phone came with a battery health of 78%. I had to spend $102 to send it out to Apple to get a new battery put into it. Then about $42 on a case and screen protector. So, a $440 purchase comes out to be more like $617 total with taxes. Still cheaper than the original price when the iphone 13 pro first released in 2021 which was $1000. It would have cost me about $920 for the iphone 16 with case/screen protector and taxes, so I save about $300. ... show more

As soon as I took the phone out of the box, it looked brand new, which was impressive right away. The exterior was clean, and the sides were spotless, except for a bit of dirt on the silencer and in the speakers, but nothing too concerning. The screen did have some minor scratches that were noticeable without a screen protector, but once the protector was on, they were hardly visible. The phone has the right amount of storage, exactly what I needed. The battery health is at 83%, which isn’t perfect but still acceptable for my usage. I was a bit disappointed when I realized my box didn’t come with a SIM card pin, especially after seeing other reviews mention it. All I received was the phone and a charger. Unfortunately, the charger was subpar, it has a shortage and is not a lightning charger. Thankfully, I had an extra charger on hand, so this issue wasn’t a dealbreaker for me. One small issue I’ve noticed is that the microphone seems to be a bit low when recording voice messages, so I find myself needing to speak louder than usual. However, the overall quality of the phone is good, and I haven’t encountered any major problems yet. I feel like this phone was a good value for the money. Despite the minor dirt and the low microphone volume, it came in excellent condition. Setting up the phone was easy, especially since I was moving from Android to iPhone. The Face ID works perfectly, and the regular passcode option adds extra security. I was initially worried about the camera quality since the phone is renewed, but I was pleasantly surprised, the camera quality is amazing. So far, so good! ... show more

Amazon states: Excellent Condition Cosmetic Condition: Excellent Screen: No scratches Body: No signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, and other) are visible when the product is held 12 inches away. Functional Condition: Fully Functional This phone came with multiple scratches on the screen. After putting the same brand screen protector on it that I have been using for years, the screen hardly works. I have to click everything 4-5 times for it to register. My wife and I have been Android users for years, but we decided it was time to try something new. So we bought some refurbished iPhone 13 Pros. I got mine for the camera. As a tattoo artist, good photos are essential, and the iPhone Pro line has some pretty amazing cameras. My wife just wanted a new phone, and I wasn't going to spoil myself without spoiling her a little bit, too. So we got a pair. And wow, these are good phones, even if they are a couple of years old and refurbished. Both phones have excellent battery life, amazing cameras, and are snappy and responsive with everything we've thrown at them. No complaints at all. The only down-side we've found is that we've been slowly getting sucked into the Apple ecosystem. We now have iPads, iPhones, Apple Watches, a Macbook Air, and a Macbook Pro...I don't even know how that happened, but everything with Apple seems to work seamlessly with everything else. The handoff is amazing. No regrets here. Apple has figured out how to make the user experience amazing if you commit to their ecosystem.
