It's January, 2024. I wanted to replace my son's years-old iPhone 6, I couldn't afford to get him an iPhone 15. I settled on the iPhone 12 max pro because it hit the sweet spot for price (a shade over $500). The phone was advertised as a refurb in 'premium' condition. It arrived a couple days early, and was in premium condition - just a little scuffing on the right upper bezel. Other than that, the phone looks brand new. Battery life is over 90%, as advertised. Ordered the 12 Pro Max and its pretty much a new phone. Battery is at 100% and only has one tiny scratch on the edge of one of the camera lens frames. Not noticeable, I only found it while inspecting the phone closely. I had to focus my eyes on the scratch, it is that tiny.
