Received in a timely manner. Looked brand new. Great color. The phone was at 7% power, plugged into charger and phone would not charge, after 2 hours was at 6% power it should have had a new battery. So disappointed. Returning phone, hopefully to get full refund.

It works fine, charger works fine, came with a screen protector already applied with minimal scratches (about one or two visible ones) and a chip in just the screen protector at the bottom. Only issue I ran into is that after abt a week the battery started to act funny- It works fine but the phone just restarts every once in a while and says its at 10% when it isn't, and in the settings it told me I have to get the battery replaced. Might just be an issue on my end, I wouldn't let this risk stop you from buying this because the price is very good for what it is. ... show more

Ordered iPhone 11 got an XS Max, gonna keep it tho as it works great so far and the screen etc are in excellent condition. Battery charges to 100% quickly. Only just got so hopefully my feelings about it remain positive. The specs are pretty much same as the iPhone 11.
