The iPad arrived well protected in bubble wrap and came with a charger. It looked perfect out of the box. No scratches or blemishes. I could never tell its renewed and not brand new. I turned it on and the battery was at 99%. Easy to set up just like a brand new item. Battery life is amazing. Sound/microphone work great. It’s super fast when downloading or streaming. Do not I repeat do not purchase this I pad bad decision, I have given them more than enough time to make this right and not give them a bad review. I bought this for my daughter who turned 12 and from day one it cuts on and off on her. She is so disappointed and im so mad I made several attempts to contact the company by email they replayed once and now the phone mailbox is full also (I wonder why). I even took the ipad to the apple store to see if they could do anything and they came up with nothing came back nothing was wrong with it so I have to buy her another one, but looks like it will be a long time before I can get a refund or never seeing one as I cant get no one to answer me back this is a bad buy ... show more

Everything works exactly how it should! No scratches holds a charge as well! Only down side it does take a while to fully charge. It’s not a huge issue for me because the battery will last me a long time!
