This is a great purchase and I am super happy with this iPad! The one thing I am not so happy with is the screen. For some reason, every fingerprint or smudge shows up looking oil slick on the screen glass for some reason. When I received it, there were oily fingerprints(?) on the screen already that
I figured would clean right off. I cleaned my screen and everything came off fine - as soon as I touched the screen again my fingerprints looked like oily smudges! Please note that my hands are not “dirty” and my iphone screen does not do this. Either way, I highly recommend this and think it was worth every penny!

uired info over from my iCloud backup..never a more easy way to get up and running!! Battery life is not as new ( duh - being used, kinda expected) but seems to be about 80% of new, so no complaints there....

The product was as it was described. The screen was scratched a bit when you get right up to it but you cannot see the scratches from a foot away which is what the ad said. It is an awesome size. I got it to grade papers and it works beautifully! I am excited to use it this year! It is quick and work

We needed a larger iPad for my daughter to use for her homeschool work, so we found this refurbished one on Amazon. It was just as new! We were able to load all her apps without any issues, and now she doesn’t have to stare at a tiny screen every day. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Worse than 'fair' condition IMHO

Refurbished iPad 12.9 2nd gen was sent and delivered bent (and not from shipping, as the shipping box was not damaged). Condition is worse than I was led to expect based on description. Screen is imperfect due to the bent device; it's not terrible but is definitely noticeable at times. The iPad Pro 1
2.9 still works but I was expecting scratches or scrapes, not an iPad that was bent in the middle as if somebody sat on it or otherwise put too much weight on it. While the device works, it is worse cosmetically (bend is very noticeable and serious in my opinion) and functionally (bend affects screen by causing a lighted area near the bend when screen should be dark, and the bend may impact my ability to add a keyboard) than is acceptable for a refurbished unit that is supposed to function normally. It should have been sold as poor condition rather than fair condition IMHO. I do not feel like I got a good deal (or was provided completely accurate information about the condition) and would not buy the same unit again, but the unit does function and it is not completely terrible. I hoped I would receive a 'good' or at a minimum 'fair' unit for the 'fair' price that I paid, but I got a 'poor' unit rather than 'fair' one in my view.
