Item was mostly clean with just a few small corner dings. Not sure if that qualifies as “excellent condition”, but good so far. Functionality seems fine, and battery life seems good so far. Haven’t really taxed it yet, but here’s hoping it holds up.

    • Second hand iPad that feels brand new
This seller sells lots of different apple products from iphones to apple watches to ipads. There are many reviews for the iphone and the apple watches that say they're in a bad condition. I think this is due to the fact that those products would be owned by different people including children that may not look after these things. With the ipad pro I would think most people who owned one was an artist and most likely looked after theses products. I do think it's weird that this seller does not have the original product packaging simply because most people are aware of how apple products retain their value. I don't know if this was a choice because some people don't keep their packaging so they wanted a consistent experience so no one gets the original packaging or if the original boxes were taking up too much space and it was a choice to save space for storage. Either way with apple products I think it's almost necessary to keep the original packaging, but this is not really an issue at all. I received a brand new charging cable and power brick. They weren't original apple branded but feel very close to original and I'm very happy to have a new off brand charger rather than a second hand apple one that could be damaged slightly. Overall I think if you're in the market for an ipad pro then this seller is very trust worthy and deserves your business. With other products such as iphones and apple watches and non pro ipads, this really is more of a risk and your millage may vary and I don't think it's specific to this seller at all. ... show more

This is the second time that I’ve bought refurbished electronics on Amazon, so far I’ve had no problems with either purchase. I was really pleasantly surprised when I received this iPad, it basically looks and performs just like brand new. I am working on beginner video editing and the iMovie app that comes on it is perfect for what I’m doing. I added the Apple Pencil from the Apple Store and I already use this iPad more in the short time that I’ve owned it than any other tablet I’ve owned. This showed up fast, was exactly what was ordered, and the person who got it as a gift is very happy with it. No complaints and based on this, I can recommend this seller. However, be aware - after I bought, I got numerous calls from them and when we finally connected, they offered a $25 Amazon gift card and a warranty extension if I'd write a review. They stayed on the phone with me while I wrote the above, which was weird. The review I wrote is true, but the post-sale stuff is kind of strange.
