    • Sadly this seems to be a hit or a miss…
I made my purchase one month ago and encountered three problems : 1. I couldn’t update the OS high enough to do an iPad to iPad transfer, 2. A standard, Apple made charging cable would not fit into the power port, only the third party cable that was sent with the device fit, and 3. When we were able to get it to charge, charging was slow and didn’t last long. After sending the product back shortly after receiving, I am STILL waiting for my refund to be issued. The issue date has come and gone and changed twice since the product was received by returns. I’m not sure who is to “blame” there, but my overall experience has been disappointing. ... show more

I had been living with the limited capacity of an IPad Mini 2 that I bought years ago. And finally I had to upgrade. The cost of a new model was a barrier until I realized how much just making the jump to a Model 4 would offer. I’ve been happy with open box and refurbished items on Amazon before, so I took a chance on buying a “Good” Model 4. Frankly I can’t see any scratches or problems. And it works just fine.
