Fret not for buying a refurbished product. Very minor casing scratches. The screen was immaculate the battery life holds up well. Purchased for use of ABC Mouse and to entertain a 4 year old and it is perfect. No app crashing what so ever.

At first, when I purchased this product I was very worried about the condition it would be in due to the affordable price as well as the IOS version I would receive, but once it arrived I was shocked at how newly looking this tablet is as well as how well the functions worked. The first thing I did was set up the tablet in which eventually allowed me to upgrade to the newest IOS version available (11) and then I wanted to make sure the cellular chip from my previous device would work with it and once I was able to connect to my Verizon account with ease, I was extremely pleased. The only difference I can say is that I did not receive an original apple charger along with the device, however that was not one of my requirements due to it being refurbished. In all so far all required functions have been working beautifully and I am so thankful I was able to find this option. Doesn’t hold charge and only charges to 30% shuts off and when you turn it back on it’s down to 10%. I wish I could get my money back. You can’t even do upgrades as there is no space for it. Not satisfied at all

Cosmetically the iPad was pristine. Came in an iPad box and included charger and cable. Screen was in great shape. No scratches or marks anywhere. Easy to setup. I had no issues activating and I put a SIM card in and it fired right up to network. The only issue I have is the battery seems a little weak compared to what I'm used to. My daughter uses it primarily and she can use some battery like no other. Compared to her old one that just died (Identical model) this one does drain down slightly faster. Other than that, I think it was a great buy. Saved me a couple hundred bucks. ... show more

I ordered this ipad a little skeptical due to reviews saying it was a “hit or miss”. in my case, it was definitely a hit. i received it in PERFECT condition, no scratches and wrapped in plastic just like ones straight from the apple store are. works incredible. thank you!

It’s amazing, hit or miss with some I guess but mines good. Now, it came in a box that didn’t have support holding it in place, just in a box. That’s my only issue really minus the charger- the charger is definitely not apple - looks like apple (the plug in part not the cord) but definitely not apple- also it doesn’t charge great and get VERY hot- so I won’t be using that specific charger I’ll buy one from apple it self- It’s good for a replacement BUT IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME BUYER- I would just buy NEW. That way you don’t get a bad opinion on apple. If you buy it as a gift make sure you buy a case, and a box to put it in. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It cuts on— I wasn’t even expecting it to do that. Slow charge but the battery can be replaced. It’s decent for the price.
