Mine came completely mint, no sign of any previous use whatsoever cosmetically and functionally. I’m a professional mix engineer/system designer and I have to say, they’re solid headphones overall. They’re built like a tank, the low end is punchy, and the noise cancellation is exceptional. I also love how they seamlessly integrate with my other Apple products and has Find My functionality. My only complaints are they’re a tad bright for my taste (though you may like that), “Spatial Audio” is just a gimmick, if you really get them moving there is a bit of distortion, and to a trained ear you can definitely hear compression artifacts as they do not support lossless codecs. All that may sound harsh but those are trivial nitpicks when looking at the product as a whole. I would definitely recommend these to anyone willing to fork out the money for them. ... show more

The product came in really condition, but it would stop working all of a sudden. For example it would connect but I would hear no sound and the lights on headphone’s wouldn’t work. Received the AirPods Max day early. The sound quality and noise cancellation is very good. The AirPods Max have a little heft to them , but with a premium feel. What is not premium is the service and quality control of TECHMINT. The space grey came in as seen in the picture without the case. TECHMINT did not bother to look in the box to make sure that all parts are there before they shipped it off. I paired the AirPods Max to my phone and was alerted that they are still connected to someone's Apple ID. Adding injury to insult these AirPods will not perform handoff to other Apple devices (mine are all updated). At this point I am wondering how to they screw up an order twice. The answer to that question is that they do not care about quality control nor the service that they are providing. TECHMINT gets a grade A for being a D-Bag company that lets a consumer pay their money and TECHMINT will give them what they see fit with an attitude of "take it or leave it". My suggestion is that you make sure that the AirPods Max are being sold by Amazon and purchase from them, avoid this 3rd party seller. Decided to purchase the APM, but couldn’t allow myself to pay full freight for these, because honestly I don’t think k they are worth the price Apple is charging. But with the Amazon renewed program; I’m getting an authentic product in a like new condition for a fraction of retail. Product arrives packed well in a plain padded box and a cotton bag over the headphones. These did not come with a lightening cord so you’ll have to use one of yours but that’s okay! Ngl, I was worried after reading the reviews. But I got my AirPods Max in, no scratches, no previous Apple ID, in the Apple box. Charger was different but I wasn’t really bothered by that. I have like 10 anyways. Got the black pair and tbh- like them better than my white ones I bought from Apple. Definitely worth the money….. buying new, still worth it, but not necessary when this is an option! ... show more
