Very disappointed with this purchase. I paid for an upgraded premier refurbished iPad Air and when it arrived loosely packed in a basic amazon box with a sub-par charging cable (already disappointing), I plugged it in to quickly discover it wouldn’t hold a charge. (The battery indicator remained red after two hours of being plugged in.) This issue remained despite using another charging cable. Needless to say, I had to return the item which required driving it to Whole Foods and waiting weeks for my credit card to be refunded (which still hasn’t officially happened). I opted to pay the extra $ and buy a new one during Black Friday. Buyer beware. ... show more
