    • Lasted me about 4-5 months. Not happy.

I bought this computer, needing it for school work, and was a cheap option for someone who didn’t have a big budget. It worked okay for about 4 months, had some issues such as the battery dying very fast and overheating a lot. Learned to live with it and only keep a few tabs open. Eventually, it stopped working, and wouldn’t let me do anything on the computer since the wifi wouldn’t enable. Took it to a repair place, turns out the motherboard was dying the whole time and didn’t have long left. Extremely upset that I spent 333 dollars on this product and Amazon won’t refund me or do anything at all since its about 1 month and a half past the return date. Which I understand, but obviously they need to have exceptions or make the return dates on these longer since they are CLAIMING that these are in “excellent condition” When they are on the brink of dying. Very unhappy that there has not been any problem solving on Amazon’s side. And if you buy one, if ANYTHING seems off immediately return the product because it will probably stop working justttt after the return date so they can short you a couple hundred of dollars! And what’s even better is that in order for them to fix my computer it would cost over 900 dollars…. When I payed over 300 dollars to get it in the first place. I would’ve been better off buying a brand new macbook then this crap :) Atleast it would have lasted me A LOT longer. It also came with a horrible covering on it that wasn’t even centered on the computer so I had to peel that off. I would like a refund or atleast half of my money back since this thing didn’t even last me half of a year. Waste of 300 dollars that goes to this stupid company. ... show more

I got this computer for my husband, and it works great! You will have to spend a day or 2 updating the iOS but other than that it’s been great! I chose the refurbished good because it was the cheaper option and it looks brand new. If you’re looking for a cheap apple computer I would go with this!

I purchased this macbook earlier this year in January. It took maybe 3 days max to arrive which is very good and convenient. When arriving everything looked really good and overall brandnew. Although the battery did suck and it would die fast A LOT, it lasted me 5-6 months and thats only because I broke it with a paperclip ( make sure you dont put anything on ur keyboard not even a paper before closing it because the screens are fragile ) ... show more

This is best refurb, took this company to make it right. 3rd refurb attempt for a bday present. 1st one the keys were sticky like 1980 Apple, it was bought from Chrome Source. 2nd battery need service upon initial startup, it was bought from Prime Souce. It took a true computer tech. This one is amazing. Keys are like butter and battery has lasted over a week on 1st charge. I'm so grateful for this company actually taking the time to correctly refurbish and quality control their products. I highly recommend this seller. Best refurber so far. The media could not be loaded. I decided to buy this Macbook Pro 2017 with a lot of fear after reading in the reviews that things not always go well, but anyway with no few doubts I made the decision and I bought it. And lo and behold, I couldn't be more satisfied. My biggest fear was to see that the laptop arrived in a very simple cardboard box, I would say a poor packaging, only partially secured and with packing tape. But don't worry, inside there was a jewel very well protected by on of those inflatable packaging. Once the box was opened I could not believe it, it was new to the naked eye. The exterior was simply spotless, it had minimal scratches, something like if it had been used for a month, the screen had a tiny 1 cm scratch, but so small that the screen needs to be turned off and one must make a lot of effort to find it. I think the charger and cable are not original, they look good anyway. The battery was half full and it took me less than an hour to fully charge it. I upgraded the OS to High Sierra in about 1 hour 15 minutes. The battery on the other hand has 219 cycles and its status marks as normal. While I ordered space gray and got a silver one I really can't complain. It is the first time that I have an Apple computer and I have been using only 24 hours to realize that this Laptop is in very good condition, it turned on very quickly, is fast and everything works wonderfully. ... show more

So I was super happy cause the product came really fast, and looked to be in really good condition. I paid over 300 bucks for my son to have a school computer, all i really expected was some light work, internet surfing and some game play on Steam. Takes forever to turn on, ok a little understandable, plugged in and taking a while showing the apple logo and loading bar a few times finally turns on. Set it up, and its a little slow to respond and kinda glitchy, I figured i wasnt use to a laptop and it was a user error. Issue continues, leave it on the charger for over 2 hours and it only reaches 66%. Sigh, I remove the charger to continue working on the issues my son reported of apps not being found or downloaded, and it shuts down then shows the red battery and power cord icon. At this point I’m done, returning it, after having it for ONE afternoon. I dont expect perfection but I do expect it to be less than a headache to deal with. Super disappointed because i purchase often from amazon and was hesitant to purchase something kinda big for my family, but the amazon certified store or whatever had a great speech about how each product is inspected to meet the standards blah blah, I wont be making this mistake again and stick to non important smaller buys. ... show more
