The touch screen wasnt working and then the iPad would shut down with a lot of battery still left. When I complained about it being broken they sent me a label that wasn’t paid for - that I had to pay for even though they sent me a broken iPad.

So far this iPad works just as well as my old one except, it seems the battery takes a while to charge and it doesn’t last as long. Sometimes it’s a little slower than my old iPad too. But, that being said, I’m grateful for this product because it does work and it saved me from having to spend a heck of a lot more on a brand new iPad. I would have still been using my old iPad, but I accidentally dropped it and it quit working well. This model is the same exact model as the one I had so, I didn’t miss a beat everything transferred over from the old iPad.
