    • Works after a few tries. Only for light to med damaged hair
Works great but you won’t see a huge difference in just one wash. It’ll take a few times to see a difference. If you want a huge noticeable difference in one day then this isn’t for you. Get Olaplex. His works great but not for severely damaged hair. Only light to medium damaged hair.

    • Rebuild hair strength
Just a statement, I did not use this as directed on the bottle. For like two weeks I put a very small amount in my dollop of leave-in conditioner I used in my hair daily. It absolutely rebuilt the structure of my hair after years of using lifting hair color to have very light blonde hair and then using harsh dye to put color back into my hair. Just a warning that using this too much will make the dry and feel like straw with too much protein buildup - luckily I did not have that problem but giving your hair a break if you do use too much will eventually even out and your hair will be soft again. ... show more

Makes my hair feel really soft, I have bleached hair that is really on the brink of ripping off. The Two-step protein treatment is the holy grail, and putting this in afterwards as conditioner works nicely.

    • It seems to be working for me.
So far I have used this product after shampooing one time and it is restoring my once dried and brittle hair. I could tell the difference after applying because my normally coily, hard and brittle hair became easier to comb. I left it on for only 2 minutes. Next time I will leave it on for 5 and use a conditioning cap. I think things will get better and better the more I use it. ... show more

    • It's just okay
I needed a lighter protein treatment for my hair. I read up on this and figured it was just what I needed. I was impressed that it could be used weekly until you achieve the results you are looking for. Well, a whole bottle later and nothing. Maybe I need a heavier protein treatment like the two step process from the same company. I'm going to go ahead and do that because my hair's still soft and mushy feeling, and it's just awful that wsy. There's a such thing as too soft and that's what I'm going through right now. I'm too far gone for this one to be effective. I'm going to purchase again along with their 2 step treated and do the 2 step 1st. I'll follow-up with this after about 4 weeks and we'll see how well it works then. I'm in extreme moisture overload, but I wanted to see if I could gradually put the protein back into it instead of just going all in at once. I'll update this review after I complete the process and then I'll let it be known what my final decision is about this product. ... show more

Have been using for a number of years. I was loosing my hair rapidly. This is one of the products that helped me keep my hair.

If you have low porosity/protein hair due to bleaching or other damage- straight or curly- you HAVE to get this product. I could tell after leaving this in for the duration of my shower that it seriously repaired my hair. Using the trick of leaving coconut oil in your hair while you apply bleach, coupled with this product, makes it hard to tell that i further damaged the hair when I redo mine or my partners platinum blonde roots (they have ringlet curls, i have straight hair). Do your hair a favor and try this out, I'm planning on trying their other products as well. ... show more
