I had to replace an Apple silicone case that finally took a hit that started a tear which eventually took off a corner (surprisingly it just took the silicone but left the plastic frame). So, I found this case that toted itself as the case with the same material as the Apple official case but at half the cost. I also noted the Q&A (which apparently is there for certain colors but not others!) which said this was compatible with MagSafe. Problem is, it's "sorta" compatible. You can get it to charge but it doesn't stick. The case is interfering with the magnetic connection. It just slips off as soon as you lift the phone. Is it the end of the world? No, but it's super annoying when you just want to check something on your phone and it slips off the charger...then you're playing guess-the-spot to find the point where the MagSafe connection will trigger and start charging again. And, yes, if you happen to bump it by mistake, you could misalign it again and find out your phone didn't charge. Bear that in mind when making a purchase... Edit: Knocking off a star because the MagSafe issue is just getting more annoying. When you place your phone and you get the feedback that it's charging but then find out it didn't hours later because maybe it got nudged or something silly like that...there should be a warning and they should remove the Q&A that says it's MagSafe compatible. ... show more
