Overall this is a nice set of jewelry…includes 2 bracelets and a necklace in a modern black shiny finish. These were thicker than I was expecting…typically use thinner jewelry but they still looked great. They are very sturdy and seem to be great quality…have not tarnished or discolored at all and seem to be holding up well throughout many uses. The clasps are a bit frustrating to use…not always easy to throw on and take off but got the hang of it or have someone help me. Oh, boy, I was incredibly surprised when I received this set. It exceeded my anticipation. It is made of quality stainless steel. These chains are very nice and weighted well. I like the fact that they're black because black and silver are my colors but I don't often see black chains in styles or thicknesses I like. The clasps are a bit tricky though. One bracelet comes with a larger lobster store clasp which you would think would be easier to work with but it's hard to keep the link the clasp goes over in the correct position. The other bracelet and the necklace both have a fold over clasp which I personally prefer the look of, but it's the same issue with those as the lobster clasp. The link the clasp connects to always wants to flip over the wrong way. I can't recall ever having this much trouble with clasping jewelry before. I would consider the style of chain to be the issue but the bracelets and the necklace are a bit different. I do very much like the look of them so I only deducted one star for the clasping issue. ... show more

    • Beautiful but odd with impossible clasps

This set is of one chain and two bracelets. The bracelets have different types of catches on each one, which proved to be a good thing. One has a giant lobster claw catch which is easy to manage. The other one, like the necklace, has a spring clasp that is so tight it does not want to open without breaking a nail in the process. I took the shorter bracelet and attached it to the necklace to make a longer chain. The result is beautiful. Unlike some longer chains, this one lies down flat, so my plan to use the second bracelet worked great. I can slip it over my head so I don't have to deal with the impossible class. Though I think the set was oddly composed with the extra bracelets and the hard-to-open clasp, I love this set, and I'm glad to have it. ... show more

This jewelry set is fantastic. The necklace and one of the bracelets uses a snapping or locking clasp style clasp while the other bracelet uses a lobster style. They all function appropriately when putting on or removing. They have a nice weight to them and go well with many different colors and styles. The black sell looks fantastic and compliments attire well. The overall quality implies these should last a long time. $14.99 is s teal as that comes out to only about $5 per piece of jewelry. I've gotten tons of use out of this set and it's arguably my current favorite jewelry to go with my daily attire. These were ok. They looked better in the picture but there is nothing wrong with them. The claps are a little difficult to attach on your own. I measured my wrist at 7", chose the 7 length, but probably should've ordered one or two sizes up for a better fit. Just too tight for my wrists. The necklace was longer, however it has a feminine look and is a bit too chunky for me as a guy. Some men may like this look but it was a little feminine, and advertised as a man's bracelet and necklace set. Quality is solid, but not sure how they may hold up over a long period of time.
