The media could not be loaded. Bought this to keep in the bathroom to remove random hairs popping up on my body especially shoulder, neck, and back area. The device is light and smaller than a hair dryer but feels sturdy and well made, the plug is long enough. They included a card to keep track of how many sessions you have done, and there are instructions to how many you should do per week. I started off at the "1" setting for the first session after shaving the random hair on my shoulder, this is the lowest setting and does not cause pain althought there is some heat I will eventually work up to level 9 as needed. The box includes a razor and sunglasses to protect your eyes. Definitely use the glasses every time as the light is strong for your eyes and can cause damage if you look directly into it. I will continue to use it and update if the hair comes back ... show more
