We purchased the 10x12 wood gazebo. The gazebo its self is a good product for the cost. It’s pretty easy to put together and decent quality. In my opinion there are some design flaws related to the fasteners spec’d to anchor the roof system to the wood frame. In a good wind storm I don’t see it holding up very well but it’s easily remedied with some construction screws and washers. Inevitably there is going to be some damage due to the shipping companies which was the only downside for me. HOWEVER the real value in this purchase is the customer service. None of the issues with damage were the fault of the seller but they go well above and beyond to remedy all issues. I can’t say enough good about the seller and would recommend the product but especially the seller. Their customer service isn’t something you see much anymore. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. THANK YOU!!! ... show more

Sturdy yes, directions Are vague but all in all great value for money. Only future problem I see is the curtain hooks are plastic and they only give you what you need. If one breaks you’ll have to prob order a whole new pack. Curtain is rather heavy for the plastic hooks. Other than that I’m pleased

Its a fairly inexpensive gazebo. It looks great and it does function as it should, so far. It’s kind of a pain in the ass to assemble. I would recommend having a helper. I assembled it by myself which made it quite difficult. It’s not what I’d call sturdy, but I’m hoping it can withstand a fair wind gust. The bases of the corner posts are pretty cheap and flimsy, I expect that these will be the weak link. The customer service was good. I had a few missing small pieces and they shipped it to me very quickly with no questions asked. Would I purchase this gazebo again, probably not. I’d probably spend the extra money for higher quality. You get what you pay for. It’s a great looking gazebo and it does what I want it to do. We will see what the future holds. ... show more

    • Not well prepped for putting together
Threads were not made for screws to go in. Distances didn’t measure as noted in interactions for roof to fit. Holes in piles not completely drilled for placing bolts thru. Definitely added work and nightmare for assembling. Company selling didn’t seem to care for feedback to do anything about it.

A few of the parts needed to be replace, so I was nervous about that process. The customer service was absolutely amazing. I really like this wood 10x12 Gazebo. I bought it so I can relax in the morning drink my coffee outside. Have some summer Barbecues and enjoy some music. It's also a good looking Gazebo.

Great purchase. And shipping was very reliable. It came in 3 boxes. All parts came and nothing was damaged. It came out very nice for my outside patio deck. Building the shed though took a while. 4 of us built it and did it within 2 days. The 2nd day though wasn't long since most of the building was already done. Definitely read the directions carefully. Somehow I had extra pieces with my order that didn't fit at all so look at everything in boxes. But in the end it comes out very nice. ... show more
