I really these Aolesy running shorts as they are both really comfortable to wear and stylish. They also have a side pocket with a zipper for if you’re an avid jogger/runner and don’t want to worry about your phone or wallet falling out while going for a jog or run. I’ve had mine for a little over a week and would say they are more comfortable than the usual athletic shorts I wear from major athletic brands like Nike, TekGear, Addidas, etc. So far I’ve only worn them while walking on the treadmill and working out at the house but think they would be great for wearing while on my hikes as well due to both their comfort and the support they offer in addition to the zipper pocket. I am very pleased with this brand’s running shorts and would definitely order more of them. So if you’re an active person and looking for active wear which offers both comfort, appealing design and support when wearing, then I’d say you can’t go wrong with Aolesy men’s running shorts. ... show more

My usual size is a 2XL but these came to me a bit smaller. Tag says 2XL but fit smaller. I like that these have a compression shorts underneath the shorts. Plus having pockets on them gives me the ability to put anything in them. They also add 2 slant pockets on each side with a zipper pocket on each side. For some people that's great but for me I kept losing track on which pocket my keys were in. Also, sweat will still get on your phone and in it if you place it in the shorts. The shorts themselves needs a cord upgrade! Those cords kept wanting to go inside the shorts which makes them hard to fish out. The holes that the cord pokes through is just a little slit in the shorts. Which doesn't help whatsoever. Even after I tried tying the cords to make a knot, they still slipped back in the hole. So I'm having to fish a replacement cord through them to have a longer cord to use. On the photo of the description shows a long cord. Not on the ones that I received. ... show more

Honestly: I wouldn't use these shorts for running, but they're great for the gym. I think if you're going to play some outdoor games or kick it in the summer/fall, these are great. But they're not AS lightweight as some other running shorts I have. So, could you play some ultimate frisbee or go on a run with these? Absolutely, but my choice would be a lighter weight short. These, IMO, are perfect for the gym. Lightweight for all the range of motion you'd need, great for leg day or deadlifts. The liner isn't quite a replacement for underwear, IMO, so I throw on a boxer-brief just to keep everything in order and avoid chaffing or unnecessary discomfort from the seams. The drawstrings are fairly long, but have a nice capped end. I've worked out multiple times in them before reviewing, so I can attest to the comfort and my personal preference of using them for gym specific workouts instead of running/cardio stuffs. I've typically just had bigger name brand workout shorts before, but these are definitely worth considering. Comfortable and have a great "gym" look to them. Would buy again. ... show more

I ordered these to size (L) and they fit and feel well. The fabric is not super light but it fits nice and snug, and provides good support where it counts.. The liners are a bit longer comparing to other brands maybe, but it did not bother me that much as it gripped the gluts and upper thigh's well. Two outside pockets and an inner liner pocket for e.g. cell phone provide good functionality. Overall pretty nice product ... show more

I just don't think that the title should say two pack on all listings, when not all listings contain a two pack. I debated whether or not that should warrant a three star review when I like the shorts entirely otherwise, but I really do think it does. Otherwise, these are nice! Breathable, extremely workout-able, very functional and supportive shorts. All of the little pockets are awesome. These dry quickly and wick away sweat/water very well. Almost everything about these shorts are 5 star. I can tell you that these are comfortable and they are well constructed, no issues and the materials feel great. They are a bit heavy overall, which I like. I don't like feeling like I'm wearing something flimsy. I do think they are a little expensive, maybe by a few $ but not by much. These are the PERFECT gym shorts. You have the support underneath and they are loose enough to be comfortable in the outer layer. Also, having the inner layer, the outer layer stays somewhat dry when getting into my vehicle (since I live up the road from the gym). Sometimes, you make a stop on the way home and you don't want to look completely sweaty. This dual layer short really helps with that. While this doesn't take away from the overall product, the drawstring is extremely long. It's annoying long to tie, but on a positive note, you don't have to worry too much about the string coming out during a wash/dry cycle. And the tip of the drawstrings has a great rubberized coating to prevent fraying. I really love this feature. Just wish it was a bit shorter. Great product overall though. ... show more
