I am new to oil cleansers but after seeing so much about this product online I decided to give it a try. I usually use this before my regular cleanser at night to remove makeup, sunscreen, etc from the day. This really gets everything off, even eye makeup, and is extremely gentle. The smell is unique but I find it to be really pleasant. It's very thin/fluid, so I did make a bit of a mess before I learned how to angle the pump better to dispense it. I have notices since using this that my skin looks a lot more refined--I have fewer blackheads and enlarged pores, especially around my nose and cheeks. Worth noting also that I tried using this alone as my morning cleanser as others have suggested, but I did not find it sufficient. If you have very dry skin that might work well, but for my combo skin it felt too hydrating and didn't leave my skin feeling 'clean'. This is definitely not a miracle product and unless your skin isn't used to regular cleansing or skincare of any kind, you probably won't see all those blackheads and sebaceous filaments coming out all over your hands as you cleanse like in the viral TikTok ads. I bought this at the influence of tiktok, it does what it says. If you cleanse properly, everything will come out properly. I was told to use a water based cleanser after using this because if I did have to complain about something, it's not very easy to wash off. It gets a little messy trying to get it off your skin, but it does the job of removing pores and literally anything else on your skin. I'm not sure what moisturizing means in a oil cleanser honestly lol... but it hasn't dried out my skin. The scent is okay, it's not too bothering, but it has this weird expired milk smell? Beware of the fakes, I have heard amazon has been distributing fake skin care products recently, if you are to buy, I recommend doing your research. Love this produt and the price point makes it so affordable for great skin care. Instead of using face wipes, this is so much better. The oil is light but not super greasy. It smells great and you only need a dime size to wash off your make up. I do recommend not wetting your face and using the oil directly then rinsing off with warm water. Otherwise, it becomes a bit greasier and leaves a soapy residue. My face feels clean after and you simply apply your moisturizer as usual. at first i was very skeptical about this product since i found it through tiktok. i bought it in hopes to help with my oily skin and remove the dirt off my face. when i started to use it, it immediately started to remove all the oils and dirt. i always apply in circular motion and you can feel everything coming off. i also use it to remove my makeup and once i wash it off with warm water, it leaves my skin superrrrr smooth and clean ! i love this product so much! ... show more

If you’re like me and you were caught up in the crossfire of the cleansing oils on TikTok, well then you made it to the right one. This stuff has been absolutely fantastic. Mind you I was pretty skeptical at first but after using it the first time I looked down at my hands and there were so many little black specs And dead skin. I’m so surprised by it, I suffer with a lot of pores and blackheads on my skin and ONE wash and my blackheads were almost gone and after putting my makeup on my pores are WAY smaller than before. I'm a guy who doesn't wear makeup so I cannot speak to this oil's ability to remove makeup; HOWEVER, I can happily speak to this oil's pore 'reducing' effects. I have normal skin with an above-average oily nose and above average pore size on the nose. AM Routine - Cleanse with Aveeno Calm & Restore Cleanser, Vitamin C Serum (currently Naturium Vitamin C Super Serum), Moisturize/SPF with either Scinic SPF 50++++ or BOJ SPF 50++++. PM Routine - Cleanse with ANUA Heartlead Pore Control Cleansing Oil, shower and cleanse with Cerave Renewing SA Cleanser, COSRX Snail Mucin Power Essense, Geologie 0.3% Retinol Night Cream, Mositurize (various moisturizers) A few times a week I will use the Paula's Choice 2% BHA liquid which I enjoy but I just don't feel like the leave on exfoliant can do the full job that my pores require. Using this cleansing oil before my second cleanse in the shower has been lifechanging. I can actually feel the sebum get lifted out of my nose as I rub the oil on my nose. The scent is very clean and non-irritating, I actually can't tell if it has fragrance or if I just like the natural scent of the oil. 1-2 pumps is all I need (1 for nose or 2 pumps for whole face) so the size is a great value.
