Ketovore here. I combine a teaspoon of the butter powder with a teaspoon of the HWC powder and some stevia. I then use a frother to blend... Delicious! It's less oily in the cup and doesn't make the coffee cold like regular butter out of the fridge. A frother works best; stirring with a spoon leaves lumps. Although I've only used the butter with coffee so far, I'm going to experiment with other recipes and meals. For example, I'm looking forward to trying this as part of a coating for air fryer chicken! The package is resealable and easy to store. And had a bit of extra money to purchase some powdered, shelf-stable items such as this butter. When I ran out of the butter in my fridge, I opened this pouch, read the instructions and added about five tablespoons of the dry powder in an old, clean butter tub. I then added cold, filtered water, a little at a time, to the powdered butter and with a fork, mixed it thoroughly. I added just enough cold water to make a thick, creamy base of the powder and then toasted a piece of bread to taste-test this butter powder. Excellent! Creamy and smooth, it was very much like sweet cream butter bought in the refrigerated section at the grocery store. I did add a tiny pinch of salt to it as I tend to buy the lightly salted butter. I am pleased to have this product on a shelf in my pantry. The pandemic has shown that it is wise to have this type of food item on hand in such a fashion that you will not run out quickly. This package makes enough to get a family through at least a month without buying more, but in my case, it will last much longer since I live alone. There is no direction for how to make this butter. I have to experiment to get the consistency I want. It does not solidify in the fridge, but it still works like solid butter. I added a spoonful to some pie filling, and it really enhanced the flavor. The scent directly from the bag is a little weird but, at the same time, pleasing. I like having dry butter because you can add this to many recipes and in my opinion saves your money. Because the shelflife on it is extra extraordinarily long. You use it just like butter. This worked very well for me when I was doing the Carnivore and then switched to the keto diet. It was so easy to use powder when making my egg white bread. Although I don't use this anymore, I am on the Mediterranean diet now. (medical reasons) I would still recommend this due to its convenience. Great product and a great company. The powder did not taste bad exactly. It has more of roasted nut taste to it then butter taste. I used in in a cake to try it out and it gave the cake an odd taste.
