    • Great tasting cocoa powder
I've baked lots of goods over the last year using this product and they have all came out excellent and smell so chocolaty. I use this in my morning protein shake as well. My only suggestion is I don't like the bag so much, it works for me to transfer the powder into a canister. I have trouble with the zipper on the pouch if I pour the powder out, then the zipper doesn't close so good afterwards so I make sure to spoon it out of the pouch. Nothing that wouldn't stop me from continuing to buy this product, we go through so much of it the sizing is perfect and the price for organic cocoa powder is excellent. ... show more

Anthony's has the highest amount of cadmium of all dark cocoa powders. Too bad because otherwise it is an excellent product.

    • By far WORST COCAO EVER! It's not even cocoa!
I have ordered Anthony's raw cocao powder for years. This time I thought I'd order a larger bag to saw money. It is truly disgusting. It has no flavor of rich cocoa and no matter what I do it's grainy. I kept having recipes come out bad after baking. It wasn't until I made a smoothie and tasted the chalky graininess that I realized it was the cocoa. Not only is it horrible... Anthony's cost me much more by ruining the baked recipes that all came out horrible. They should be banned from selling this product and I will report them as a scam seller. I'm so mad! If we can't count on superfoods to be even in the category of an edible foods then something's very wrong!!!!!!!! ... show more

Wonderful Cocoa! As another review stated, the bag doesn’t really close, so I made sure to put it in a large ziploc bag. This is my first time baking a chocolate cake and it came out nice and fudgy and great tasting. And of course, organic is always the best! Thank you!

I have been using Hershey cocoa powder for baking, but wanted to upgrade, so ordering organic Anthony brand. I was disappointed in the quality. There was little to no cocoa flavor. It's not refundable

    • Sour Cocoa Powder Needs Improvement

I recently purchased a container of cocoa powder that had an unpleasantly sour taste, quite different from what cocoa powder typically tastes like. While it's possible I just received a bad batch, the flavor was so off-putting that I regret buying this product. Unfortunately, the retailer's return policy does not allow me to send this item back. Given that there is no return policy on this purchase, I will not buy from this seller again unless they change their policy to allow returns and refunds if customers are dissatisfied with products. This experience has taught me to thoroughly vet retailers' return and refund policies before making any purchases moving forward. I want to ensure I can return items and get my money back if I find a product to be defective or unsatisfactory upon trying it. Without such a consumer-friendly return policy in place, I will not risk buying from this seller again. ... show more

Idk if this is any better than other brands. But! I've been using this brand for almond and coconut flour and I like them all lot. So I decided to stick with this brand. The cocoa powder tastes really really good. I use it in everything I can. I make my own chocolate now.
